The location was excellent. Shops, bars and restaurants on the street and located just minutes from the centre. The room was clean, spacious and bright with 2 small terraces. The bed was comfy. Good communication with Valentina, who answered any queries promptly via What's App. And Marina the cleaner was so so lovely. Cheerful and helpful. As the property does not come with a parking space, we used the valet parking services where Valentina arranges for our car to picked up from us outside the property and we then let her know when we want the car again. It was not cheap, but it was convenient.

When we got to the location, there was no sign with Sorrento Pool and Suites. We know we had the right address, but got very confused when other people turned up at the front gates and they had a different accommodation name. The building is an apartment block and it appears that different companies own rooms within the building. My initial impression was that the room was quite basic. Bare, white walls with no pictures/paintings. There was no tea and coffee making facilities and it did not even have any cups or glasses. But other than that, it was fine and suited our needs and it did have a fridge. The pool was closed from the day we got there, (15th Sept), so we did not get to use it.

Amazing location! Only a 5 minute stroll into the shopping centre, 10 minutes to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to the train station (relatively flat- we took the train to Naples with all our luggage and it was fine). We had a boat tour to Capri and they had a pick up point just around the corner. It had a beautiful pool to relax in after a day of exploring, although you need to purchase a swimming cap for £2 from the lifeguard. The rooms were stylish, clean and comfortable. We accidentally got locked out one night and the staff were helpful to get us back into the building (late at night might I add).

There is no clear signage outside of the property and there are about 3 buildings on the main grounds. It was a bit confusing when we arrived.

First, we chose this place because of the location. The train station (from where we went to Pompeii) is a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Sorrento is a 10-minute walk away. Second, there was a pool, which is good for the child.

We didn't like that it was too noisy. You can't sleep with an open window at night, we're not used to so much city noise. There was a requirement to wear hair caps at the pool. We also had no wine glasses, even though we asked to be left in the room.

Giuseppe was available for us to check in early which meant we didn’t have to carry our bags around for hours! Fabulous welcome and for out of season there were so many local businesses open which was great. The beds were comfy, the apartment clean & tidy complete with a fridge for our lunch next day which was a bonus! Short walk from train station and easy access to main squares and shopping streets, we were even given a map to guide us.

No place to “drop keys” on early departure so we worried someone else could have entered the room after we left it and room didn’t have a balcony that we thought it did from pictures.

There Is payed parking, one in Garage /you have to leave the car key there/, the other one is parking stall 3 min. from apt., 24 Euro per 24 hr., but you keep the car key by yourself, which I prefered.

Excellent location! Only a few minutes from the town center, train station, and port. Breakfast was coffee and pastries, but I didn't mind. It was clean, and considering the location, the price was reasonable. The room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony, as well as a large bathroom.

They won't have a pool until September, even though the website depicts a picture of a pool

I enjoyed the hotel because of it's cleanliness, good interior and excellent location. also the garden of the hotel is really beautiful

There was no air conditioning in my room but since i was visiting near cities i had literally no time to report the issue. plus i was told that we would've a pool and it was not functioning

We loved the location it was only a short walk to the main street of Sorrento. There was a supermarket nearby and an excellent and extremely affordable bar for coffee a couple of doors down. We loved the pool especially after very long hot days in Sorrento. The pool was very large and even had a small diving board.

It was a little bit noisy due to the traffic on the nearby street.

Location was very good. It was a little hard to get into, but there is a beautiful little restaurant a short walk away called Benvenuti in Casa that had the best gnocci ever, and my daughter loves Gnocci! We arrived in April, too cold to use the pool then. The hosts are funky but very Italian and tolerant.

We struggled to get the heating on, the unit in our room was not entirely responsive. The parking is a walk away.

Having cancelled our reservations in Napoli we decided to stay in Sorrento, with a last minute booking. Sorrento Suites came up trumps, 10 minutes from our present accomodation which were booked out. Sorrento Suites are ideally situated from the centre of Sorrento, perhaps 10 minutes easy walking. We were met and welcomed by Guisseppe, a lovely welcoming lad who gaves us all the details of the Suites. They are located Sorrento style in an old apartment block. The building was a bit dated and Sorrento Suites consisted of approx 6 rooms in a secured area in the apartment block. The room was bright and cheery with city and garden views. We had a huge terrace where we took breakfast which was pre-ordered and brought to your room at your given time. Bathroom/shower were big and well laid out. The bed was comfy and air-con was most welcome and worked well. Overall we enjoyed our last two days in Sorrento as a result of being pleased with our accomodation.

Sorrento Suites could do with a little refurb but as Covid was a huge loss for all of the hospitality industry throughout Europe many places have suffered a bit. I am sure that with income flowing once more money will be invested to bring up the standards.
