Our lovely junior suite with small balcony was a treat. Breakfast is served in a central room that the guest rooms open out to. You can carry your breakfast back to your room if you’d like. Our room was very stylish and comfortable, well lit and everything in working order. Marco checked us in and was very welcoming and had suggestions for nearby activities. Lisa is the usual on site staff person in the mornings and makes very beautiful and regional breakfasts. The location is fun as it is just steps away from the Pedestrian only section on the main drag of town. Great fun any time enjoying the Passagiatta (stream of people strolling). Also liked the location as easy to make side trips ti Capri, the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii.

The site is in an old building with an ancient elevator- but neither gave us any problems. They had a very old Italian movie set vibe.

The property is conveniently located near the mail shopping and dining area. The room is decorated well, clean and comfortable. The lady that prepares breakfast and cleans is wonderful. You order what you want for breakfast the day before from a selection of savory or sweet items. The food is good. The “suites” are located in a residential building of apartments/condominiums, so there is no onsite staff. However, it is easy to communicate with Martina via WhatsApp. We were met by Marco to check in at 2:00 pm. There was also another couple there to check in. Only one couple with luggage couple fit in the small elevator. After the other couple got to the fifth floor we were airing for Marco to come up. A woman came out of here condo and started yelling at us, “this is not a hotel, go wait down the hall.” Marco arrived and opened the single door from the hall to the suites. There is a hall that leads to a common dining area. There are four “suites” that are accessed from the hall or common area. The door to our suite was from the dining room. I was concerned about noise from the other guests, but it was pretty quiet. Our room was clean, comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. I would stay here again.

The common areas of the building are old and dingy. Lighting is very poor in the lobby and dark at night.

The staff at Sersale Suites were phenomenal. Naomi was very congenial and helped us with some questions we had about the train schedules in the Sorrento area. Lisa, the lady who cooked breakfast, was really nice and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was attentive to our needs every morning. The breakfasts served were top notch. We ordered one savory and one sweet breakfast every morning and shared them between ourselves. The location was in a great spot near the main walking street and the nearby attractions. We had no problems walking to where we wanted to go within 20 minutes of our stay. We highly recommend a stay at Sersale Suites when in Sorrento.

The water pressure in the shower could've been better.

Proximity to the main piazza Tasso where all the local action is! Convenient access to train and ferry services..Martina the property manager went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Lisa the housekeeper was kind and made us breakfast eggs to order.

While the suites are nice, the building they are in is old and the elevators have seen better days. Access to the building was a little inconvenient

Rooms were perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. Location is perfect, just right next to the main street, full of restaurants and cafeterias. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, made by a lovely lady to order on the spot. Amazing! The Positano suite has a small balcony with a beautiful view of Sorrento. Marco greeted us at the check in. He was friendly, helpful, gave us some great advice about Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The tour he recommended to us, was genuinely good, so was a local fish tavern.

Our family stayed at Sersale for 5 nights at December. The staff were fabulous, friendly and available, with spot-on recommendations for activities and restaurants. The breakfast was great, generous and varied. The location is just great, walking distance to all the main attractions, with a supermarket in front of the entrance door. There is a private organised parking (expensive - 36€/d) 2 minutes walk.

The elevator was working for only half of our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to carry all our many belongings to the 5th floor when checking in and out. AC was staggering and noisy. Their check-in times are up to 20:00PM. We arrived a bit before 21:00 since we had unexpected delays and a very long drive with a baby, and then asked to add 20€ fee, which felt quite petty, considering that their obligations (etc elevator) were not perfect either. But all those are minor comments to an overall great experience.

The staff was super communicative and helpful. Breakfast was great and Lisa was very sweet and welcoming. Our room was spotless with comfy beds and a lovely view of the city.

There is a photo on the website that I interpreted to be a communal terrace for breakfast (as it shows different people eating breakfast at individual tables) but it is actually a private terrace for one of the suites. Our stay was fabulous regardless just good to know what to expect.

Breakfast was great, very Italian, Maria was the best. The location is perfect right on the start of the historic center in Sorrento. Everything is so close from the suits. The city is very big, beautiful and clean. Lovely restaurants and authentic shops. Below the suites there is a very good wine and all Italian flavors shop. The host Angelo was so helpful and available 24/7 we are vey pleased. I highly recommend Sersale Suites :)

It would have been better if there is a parking included within the suites if you have rental car so that you don't have to overthink about the safety of the car. But there is one very good paid parking near by and also not far there is free parking with limited parking spots. We were lucky on the second day and found a free spot on the white lines which was helpful, because the Amalfi coast is a little bit expensive so you always enjoy the chance to reduce what you can spend on a minimum. And maybe more diversity for the breakfast.

The woman serving breakfast was lovely... Love that she makes treats and snacks you can enjoy throughout the day. She was so nice and staff super helpful when we locked keys in room. They were fast to respond!!!

The only issue was not being able to store luggage... but honestly it was a perfect location.... safe... even the teens could take off and shop at night... most restaurants and shops close around 11 or 12... some earlier but mainly all open late... Gelato amazing.... handbags are amazing to buy....

They definitely took very good care of us from checking in to checking out. Lisa and Maria were fabulous preparing our breakfast for my two boys and wife every morning that I stayed there for three days. Not only they cooked our breakfast but cleaned our room when we ventured out in Sorrento. Definitely will come back again if I stay in Sorrento again.
