Bed was comfy, everything seemed clean and tidy. Rather peaceful location, quiet during the night, except for a very loud owl one night :D It is walking distance from the centre, around 20mins to most places we went to, including the port. 15mins walking to the train station. Overall good experience, nothing much to complain about at all, everything looked just like in the pictures, so you can know what to expect.

The surface of the sidewalk walking from the station by foot was not smooth, but made of rough surface stone tiles most of the way, so pulling the luggage was a bit annoying. We only got one big towel instead of two, but we didn't bother asking for another one. I'd also say the price was a bit too high for what you get, but we booked just a week in advance so we didn't have much choice anyway.

Great location, close to the old tow and train station. Easy walk to the beach. Our host help us organize transportation to do a hike in Positano.

The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and the air conditioning was great. Only a 5-10 minute walk (incline) away from the main town area. The accommodation was quiet and it was nice to stay away from the busy tourist part. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away.

Communication can be improved by having quicker response times, please. The reception desk is only staffed during specific hours but communication through WhatsApp or booking.com was quite delayed (hours).

It was close to the old town, 5 minutes walk. It was close to the bus and train station, 7 minutes walk. It was exceptionally quiet at night, was in a great location, for accessing fruit, water, there was a launderette and cafe just around the corner and it was in a gated property that felt secure, spotlessly clean ,

While the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt they were left to deal with everything and there was no sign of the owner or management, it just made it feel a bit impersonal.

Ideal location for town, train station and conference centre. Room felt homely. Good size bathroom with walkin shower. Enjoyed having Netflix in the room. Liked the security of having a locked gate into the premises. Would return again.

Didn't understand how to use the safe. The receptionist I asked didn't return to help me. Towels were missed one day. Could of done with a bin in or around our apartment for our rubbish. Quite hard to find staff on reception.

The place was great, room was big enough and bed was very comfortable. It's not too far from the city center or train/bus station so it was very convenient. There's a Mexican restaurant right opposite the villa which is open till midnight which was a great place for dinner when we reached late and other places in the centre were closing. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

The villa is still under construction so reception was not available 24/7 (we didn't need it anyway, everything was working perfectly)

The accomodation is near to restaurants, shops, you can also easily walk to the train station or to the port, but it is in a calm neighbourhood. The bed in the room was super comfortable, the staff is really kind and friendly. There was also coffee, tea, cookies in the room gratis and mini bar for charge.

Easy to find, looks aesthetically pleasing, bed is extremely comfortable, perfect amount of space, full length mirrors, good A/C, very good communication about check in via Whatsapp.

They swapped our rooms quite last minute from one that had outdoor seating to one without. However we only stayed one night and spent most of our time out and about so it didn't bother me.

Very clean and comfortable. Helpful host MarieLuise who checked us in and offered suggestions for things to do. We felt very welcomed. It’s also within 10 minutes walking distance of the main centre. Doable-ish with suitcases but be prepared esp if in summer. (Taxi would’ve cost 20-25 eur for a 5 minute ride)

There was some mould on the room wall which should be looked at.

The apartment was a great base to explore Sorrento. 5 minute walk away from the main town centre & approx 15 minute walk from the sea. It was clean and comfortable & very quiet. The apartment had all basic amenities you needed.
