We are a couple from Ireland and we have just returned from our stay. This hotel has all the facilities you will need, rooms are cleaned daily, great selection for breakfast and the cappuccinos were the best. The pool is quiet with lots of sun beds, staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is a 20 minute walk uphill from Sorrento with amazing views along the walk. We walked it twice a day as diid many of the guests. There is a shuttle bus service which was excellent. We had a room on the second floor the view was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this beautiful Italian hotel, we cannot wait to stay here again.

The rooms were beautiful, typically Italian. The beds were comfy and the balcony was Lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Most of the staff were very friendly. The lady was rude when we checked out because we didn’t have cash for city tax. That wasn’t a nice last memories to takeaway from the hotel. She was nice when she was gong around the pool asking if you wanted to buy drinks etc!

There was a plaster and cigarette in the pool then on the side of the pool that wasn’t cleaned up- was there a couple of days.

The location is just divine. Quieter haven away from the business of main streets in Sorrento. Peaceful, clean and with friendly staff. The pool also was very clean. Everything is there, restaurant, shuttle service, snippets of views of the bay. Staff excellent and always willing to help. Prompt replies with email Enquiries.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a on a hill and the climb up is steep, 30-40 minutes or expensive taxi. If you choose to walk down to town you get an amazing view and also there is many cats on the way if that’s also your thing😅 But their shuttle to and from town is very useful and a blessing. They even helped me get a ride outside their set schedule for the shuttle and i’m very thankful. You can see the suset from this hotel which is always a plus 😊 You are served a classic breakfast, bread, eggs, cheese, ham and fruits, even some desserts.

Some hooks in the bathroom for the towels would have been helpful, at least they were missing in mine.

The view was amazing, air conditioning was heaven, very comfy bed, room was very clean and cleaned daily, pool was great and refreshing. Breakfast was okay. Most of the staff were pretty helpful. Wifi was excellent.

The Shuttle service is great for guests however when there is several guests staying with the limited times ran and amount of seats a lot of the time several trips were had to be made. Perhaps running the shuttle more frequently. We got laundry done through the hotel which was very expensive we paid 8euro in Rome and nearly 33e here for same wait of laundry. Place could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Wonderful family run hotel with a friendly feel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is fabulous with lovely views. Great breakfast and the lunch/dinner menu is not bad either, pasta dishes and the fish were our picks. Large rooms, very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. We loved our stay at Johanna Park.

We stayed for 4 nights and have nothing but good things to say. The hotel was quiet and very clean. There’s a beautiful pool area which in the summer would be lovely. The staff were delightful and honestly could not do enough for us and the couresty bus saved us a fortune, as taxis cost around 20-25 euros per trip.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, staff was friendly, room was large and quiet, with a fantastic balcony with sea views. There is free parking available on site. The swimming pool was great with beautiful sea views and the owner allowed us to swim past closing time (8PM) which was a nice gesture. You can order drinks from restaurant and enjoy them at the pool (cocktails ~9eur). Sorrento is 30min away by foot or 7min by car. There is a Sorrento shuttle available, we didn't use it but we noticed it comes and goes very frequently and reception gave us a schedule for it, latest back to hotel was 10pm I think. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and bacon is available, also various cold cuts, cheese, breads and cakes. Good coffee and you can make your own pancakes using a machine. Tip: You can order lunch using Glovo app. Overall I can recommend this hotel, facilities are very good and the experience is very relaxing and enjoyable.

We did not visit the hotel restaurant for dinner since menu didn't have many options. Also not a hotel problem, just recommendation - don't go by foot to Sorrento, since hotel is in the mountains and there are winding roads with overconfident drivers, and no pedestrian path. Use the shuttle. Sorrento town car parking is very limited, garages are available but cost 5eur/h. There are some free spots next to the Cimitero di Sorrento.

The hotel is clean and well equipped The room that we had was lovely, it was comfortable and of a good size with a balcony where we could sit to admire the view of the bay and mount Vesuvius The breakfast was plentyful, and there was a huge choice There is a restaurant with limited choice but the food is good and competitively priced. The staff are kind and attentive The hotels free shuttle was invaluable for getting into town and back Nothing seemed to be too much trouble

The hotel staff is excepionally accomodating. The view from the hotel is amazing.

The location is quite remote from the town center. You either plan your trip to the center according to the shuttle or take a taxi at the cost of 35 to 40 Euros
