Incredible experience. The activities, the gifts, the interiors, the art tour. More than lived up to the hype and the reputation.

Staff were quite challenging when we returned to collect our case after a hike. Gave the impression we didn't look fancy enough to be guests. Maybe a bit too detached from reality.

The views!!! This hotel must have some of the best views of positano. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing and has been designed so beautifully both inside and outside. We had got engaged a few days before and we were given an upgrade which was absolutely spectacularly. This really made our trip to Positano and we are very thankful for the staff for arranging this! The staff were wonderful and so helpful- they honestly couldn’t do enough for us. A big thank you to the breakfast staff who were so attentive and so kind, I have never been looked after so well. Nothing was too big of an ask and they did everything they could to accommodate us! They are worth their weight in gold!!! I will for sure be back :)

We found a couple of the waiting staff in the ‘don’t worry bar’ not so friendly. On our first night after dinner I fancied a coffee which I ordered however I felt like I was being pushed to order a cocktail which I didn’t want. The young girl also came across quite rude and dismissive. We didn’t go back after that experience. We had also booked a boat trip to Nerano which had to be cancelled due to the weather which was totally understandable. It would have been great to have been offered to be driven elsewhere (in the same group who were booked on the boat) as a backup for this but never the less the sunset trip we did manage to do on our first night was incredible- a special thanks to the staff on the boat who looks after us!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Staff were exceptional from start to finish, and went to every length to ensure maximum comfort and leisure. The regular cleaning, turn down service, concierge were always outstanding. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and included a wonderful spa bath. The balcony was lovely with a beautiful view. The hotel facilities and the dining venues were all suitably luxurious and so enjoyable. Breakfast was included and was fantastic every day.

Our view was partially obstructed by the roof below as we were on the bottom floor, but we understand that not every view is perfect.

This place has everything, it is incredibly located, overlooks the town and stands out with its red facade and beautiful balconies, the service was brilliant, they made us feel like world celebrities even though we are not :), beautiful room, full of stylish decorations, amazing bathroom, a wonderful balcony with a view of the pool and the town, delicious food and excellent restaurants with Instagram view on Positano. The concierge recommended a speed boat trip, which also exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect down to the last detail. Thank you!

The Hotel is very beautiful, clean and well located. The room was clean and spacious. Very good breakfast, as well as the restaurant! Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back and recommend it.

Everything - it is old school classic charm with the most spectacular views and extremely special caring staff.. they really are the heart and soul of this Hotel - they make everybody feel so special!! Also for Hotel built into a cliff , it still has an amazing gym and Spa which we were not expecting!!

The price is frankly excessive compared to anything else (5,000Euro night) and it makes you consider the entire holiday all over. BUT the place is so amazing that you kinda forgive or look over that fact... They are masters at service and attention to detail. If your users book this hotel then you must persuade them to book somewhere in CAPRI also because that is the only other location in the region that can level up the service of Sirenuse. All other hotels and experiences in the regio (Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento) are light years away from the class and level that Sirenuse and CAPRI as a whole offer.

loved everything about this hotel. Truly exceptional service- the whole staff was always ready and available to assist with any request we had. Our arrival was seemless. During our stay any reservation, question, request was handled with enthusiasm. On departure our luggage was brought down to the port for us so that we didn't have to carry them. We loved our experience and can't wait to go back.

I've stayed at many five-star hotels, but this one truly stands out as an incredible value. The quality of service and amenities offered for the price is exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had an unforgettable experience, highlighted by a delightful surprise they arranged for me. This hotel has firmly secured a spot in my top three five-star hotels of all time!
