We spent a few days at Punta Campanella Resort & SPA to unwind—and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The view is absolutely breathtaking, like being suspended between the sky and the sea. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and that incredible panorama was pure magic. Our room was spotless, cozy, and peaceful. The staff were always kind and welcoming—genuinely warm people who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us out with a few last-minute requests. The highlight? Definitely the Rooffiani rooftop with its panoramic pool. We spent hours there enjoying cocktails, relaxing in the sun, and having one of the most memorable dinners of our trip. The food was fresh and delicious, beautifully presented. We truly felt like we were on holiday—completely disconnected from the stress of everyday life. This is the kind of place you leave with a full heart and the wish to return. And we absolutely will.

The staff and location was the best part. We loved all the staff, they were so kind, nice and helpful!!! The location of Puntacamponella is the best, that’s the value… but the people make it the best experience. Stayed for 1 week and I’d do it again… my ONLY suggestion is to get rid of the pool fees. For 25€ per person, that’s 150€ for my family and I can go to the beach and get all the chairs and umbrellas for 50. Pool was dirty and so small… not even for adults. If the pool was included, this wouldn’t even be a suggestion and I would understand. Take it this way… I would spend more money staying in the hotel because the food is good and people are great, but when I’m charged for a pool per person, based off of principle I’m going to spend that money somewhere else. Missed out on a lot of drinks but charging this fee, just my suggestion…

Guests have to pay $25 per person to use the pool. It is more expensive than renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The pool is very small and the value is not there.

Punta Campanella was superb in many ways, the staff are amazing and extremely helpful, the location is perfect and the hotel itself has fabulous facilities with a wonderful breakfast.

There was nothing to not like about the property it was a perfect holiday destination.

The property is located right in front of the beach. There is a direct bus from right outside to Sorrento (about 1hr long journey), as well as very good boat tours you can do to Amalfi coast or Capri from right outside which the hotel helps organise, but best to book in advance. The location is quite remote and quiet otherwise even in high season. There’s only a few good restaurant options really. All of the staff were very nice and helpful, but hotel stay is definitely overpriced in this location unfortunately.

Our room had shoe footprints on the wall, a quick wipe with a wet cloth would clean it off. Makes it seem lazy when it’s not even attempted to been cleaned. The housekeeping staff also didn’t restock any body wash or soap for a 4 night stay.

beautiful hotel. all the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. we had a balcony room with a beautiful view of the sea and boats. a great place to have a quiet and relaxing holiday. the beach is stoney so you need flip flops or swimming shoes. you can hire a bed on the beach for €10 for the day and it’s well worth it. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. the resort is a bit out of the way if you want to sightsee, but the bus service is pretty good. There is a direct bus service to Sorrento a few times a day. The bus and train are so cheap, €1.40 from Nerano to Sorrento by bus. would highly recommend this resort. Jennie and her colleagues in the restaurant were so helpful and greeted us every morning like old friends.

Sometimes outside noise, because in front of the hotel there are some constructions and also there are strong terms about car parking; So when you are arriving in 4 star hotel and cost of parking 30€ I think it’s uncomfortable emotionally..

The staff was exceptional. My daughter needed a doctor. They provided one and translated and the fee was reasonable. Arranged for a taxi to take me to the pharmacy to pick up medication and bring me back. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Alessandro and Angela especially.

The property sits at the waterfront with great views. Staff was nice and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious. Nice breakfast selection. All together a delightful stay.

The pool is very small, like a kids size and there's a $20 required spend to use it. With drink prices that's not difficult but just a strange rule. Especially off season with very few guests. In season it would get crowded quick.

The location is perfect, the hotel is in great condition and the breakfast is amazing. The staff was wonderful and because of them I know I will be back.

The extra charges for the spa use and for the pool are not a good surprise.
