Staff was exceptional! From the minute we walked in, they invited us like we were family with unending smiles. Beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Food was exquisite and unforgettable. Relais Blu tasting with wine pairing at the Michelin rated restaurant is to live for! Views are breathtaking, offering picturesque photo opportunities everywhere, especially sunrises and sunsets. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. Highly recommend this stunning paradise in Italy.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge team. They could not have been more accommodating, offering us a welcome drink on the the stunning terrace, while our bags were taken down to our room, which really set the tone for our whole stay. The hotel is situated perfectly for views looking out to Capri, it really is breathtaking. The staff really couldn’t do enough for us, they were so helpful, kind and polite. The pool area was incredible, it was peaceful with a manned bar throughout the day which meant we could order food and drinks to our sun loungers. Breakfast is situated out on the terrace looking out to Capri and the food was simply amazing; an array of coffees with fresh fruit, cake of the day, pastries, cooked eggs and meat, the list goes on! I really could not recommend Relais Blu enough, we will definitely be returning!

Nothing, it was perfect! Worth noting the hotel isn’t within walking distance of Sorrento and a taxi is c.€50 each way (we had rented a car so wasn’t an issue, plus the hotel has everything you could ever need on site (including a Michelin star restaurant!) so why would you even need to leave?!)

The sunset view with Capri in view drew us in and it did NOT disappoint. AMAZING. The food was top-shelf. Staff were incredibly helpful, they even put a food box together in a rush for us the last morning as our taxi driver arrived early and was inpatient with us. I can’t say enough good things. We are already planning a return and Relais Blu will be included. Getting to the property from either Sorrento or Positano is tricky, and likely means a €60-120 cab ride either way, but it is SO SO worth it.

This hotel was fabulous! We attended a friends wedding here which was so beautiful and then we stopped a further 2 nights. The staff were so attentive and friendly, the food was fantastic - especially the breakfasts which were included with our booking - so much choice you could fill up and wouldn’t need lunch! The infinity pool is stunning and the views are incredible. It’s about a 20/30 min taxi ride into sorrento and the hotel would order this for us on a special rate of 50 euros. Still quite expensive but much cheaper than the 90 euros you’d pay if you just called a taxi on a meter! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to visit again! Thank you so much to everyone at relais blu for making both the wedding and holiday so enjoyable!

This was our ‘splurge’ hotel for our vacation. The rooms were beautiful. The location is spectacular with gorgeous views of Capri and the vay of Naples. The food in the restaurant was some of the best we had during our trip. The concierge was very helpful helping book our ferry ride from Sorrento to Salerno.

Prior to arrival I emailed asking about transport to the hotel from Sorrento, but got no response. We ended up getting a taxi from the train station in Naples to Sorrento, a bus from Sorrento to Massa Lubrense, and a taxi from Massa to the hotel.

Definitely on the higher price side but hands down an amazing hotel, staff is super nice and helpful, the restaurant of the hotel is just incredible and the infinity pool with the views of Capri are worth the spending to start with. Love that it is in a segregated place, outside of Sorrento and you get all the benefits of the closeness to Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, Capri and Naples.

Wonderful locations with views of Capri and the bay of Naples. The staff are fantastic. They could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The Michelin stared restaurant serves delicious fresh food and a great range of wines at sensible prices.

The gym is not that well equipped but it’s fine for a simple work out.

Breakfast was very good - nothing too much trouble. Great selection of cooked options. Thought the cereal option could have been a little more sophisticated for the standard of the hotel - the offering was Kellogs mini packets.

It was all good. The weather can't be helped! A little more information on that the mini-bar current offerings were included in the rate would've helped.

A beautiful hotel with exceptional views and wonderful staff. The food was amazing and everywhere was spacious and serene. The complimentary shuttle to Sorrento was also an excellent touch. Thank you for extending such a warm welcome and making our stay so special - we hope to come and stay with you again soon!

We loved it all!

This hotel has a magical location overlooking the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and the islands of Capri and Ischia. We were met by welcoming and gracious staff who took care of everything for us including a welcome beverage. We had noted that we were traveling with a pet and, therefore, the hotel gave us a room with a garden area for our dog to roam in. The view from the garden was spectacular. We stayed four nights and never left the hotel. The food and service were more than first class and the facilities take advantage of their unique location on the Sorrento peninsula. We would like to draw special attention to Salvadore, dining room staff, who made our experiences at lunch and dinner memorable. But, all of the service staff were exceptional in a friendly Italian way that made us feel welcome and at ease. We are already planning our next trip in 2023. The entire stay was far beyond our expectations.
