We stayed at this hotel for the second time, this time with friends. Overall, we enjoyed it — the sea, the beach, and the location were absolutely excellent. However, there were a few minor issues regarding service and comfort.

The main problem was that the air conditioning in our friends' room stopped working on the second night. According to the hotel staff, it had gone out in the entire building. As is often the case in Italy, they didn’t receive any clear information about how quickly the issue would be resolved. After three uncomfortable nights in the heat, they were finally given a new room. In our room, there was neither a balcony nor a patio, and it wasn’t clear where we were supposed to hang our things after the beach. At breakfast, there was a lack of greens, like herbs or salads.

Breakfast was fine, accommodation clean, with one exception nothing to complain about.

Smell from the bathroom drain when the air conditioning is turned off. If you leave the air conditioning on you don't smell it.

A must stay, Absolutely stunning place with breathtaking views. Staff are all so accommodating and friendly and happy to help whenever needed especially with our toddler they were always happy to help when needed. The family room was perfect size and great having the seperate living room as well as the large courtyard to sit outside of an afternoon. You must stay on a Thursday night to experience their puglian night, filled with lots of traditional foods, dancing and singing, a highlight of the stay

Beds a little stiff but didn’t bother us too much. Everything else was perfect wish we stayed longer!

The location is idyllic and everything about the hotel including the staff is exceptional.

I got really badly bitten by mosquitoes and there seemed to be nothing that could be done about it as they were really tiny ones that came in through the aircon even with the windows shut so it was rather miserable being covered in bites and knowing each night I would wake up with more. There was also an evening where the little midges came into the restaurant and covered the table and went in my food - the staff were great moving me inside and getting more food but it wasn't pleasant.

The hotel is extremely elegant. Covered in astonishing garden. It is giving a felling of Capri but with less people and very chill area. Maybe in the cheapest room you will not have a balcony but it’s good enough to stay. Food is beyond delicious. Worth to spend very penny. Price included are sun beds and canoes 🛶 which the neighbor hotel did not do! So watch out.

The only not nice situation was that on the second day the lifeguard move my things from the sun beds without telling me which was rude and also knew when to kick me off from the beach when my time came. Quite weird. Besides nice stay

The room was nice, clean, tidy and pleasantly large. The beach was beautiful and it was good to have a permanent sunbed during our stay. The park of the accommodation is cozy. The breakfast had a wide selection.

Reservations for dinner are acceptable as a solution, but several times we had to wait 45 minutes between being shown to the table and taking the order. I think this is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There were too many fish and seafood dishes, and there was no choice for chicken, pork and beef dishes.

Location facilities staff very professional both on the beach side Antonio north beach Grill restaurant all staff together with restaurant and room set .The bar terrace with the excellent Giovanni .to our room maid on the 254 and reception staff ..They work very hard indeed .Forza ragazzi

I would have liked quicker response when you dial reception also will essential to have mosquito plug in in every room and citronella candles on every public place like bars and restaurants

Beautiful private beach, Swimming pool, Restaurant with the friendly staff, Having a breakfast with the beautiful ocean view, clean room

We weren't informed in advance that there will be a wedding during our stay and the restaurant and wellness area (including gym) will be closed. The day before the wedding, there was a heavy rain which flooded the court yard which was by the building where the gym was. So we weren't allowed to go to the gym at that time. One of the reason we chose this place was the ocean view gym but we never had a chance to go there. One other disappointed thing was the view from the room. We selected the "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony ". When seeing the photos of the room with balcony, we never thought that the room will be facing the car parking. We didn't even use the balcony as the view was the car parking.

The setting was beautiful with stunning views. The complex was well designed with lots of different areas you could sit and relax. Although one of the beaches was closed due to bad weather before we arrived the other beach was lovely. The pool area was very nice too. We also used the tennis court which was fun. The breakfast was delicious and we had some excellent evening meals. The staff were all excellent - helpful and friendly - especially Giovanni in the bar and Antonio the wine waiter.

The bed was too firm.

Excellent breakfast, nice room in villa surrounded by lush garden. Breath-taking views, beautiful pebble peach with sun-chairs and umbrellas, towels, toilets, shower, and restaurant. Very comfortable. I loved this place and regret that we did not book more nights there. Easily the most beautiful place I have been to in Italy. Also, the hotel staff speaks English, not just Italian which is a big bonus.

The menu in the restaurant is utterly Italian and has no vegetarian option.
