Breakfast was great, property was lovely. It is always nice to find a spot that will accommodate a family.

It was fairly remote. We did not plan to stay at the resort all day, but rather go out and explore and it wasn't a great location for us for that. For example, some place would appear to be 10 - 15 miles away, but it would take an hour to drive there. Also, we could hear the people in the adjoining room as if they were in the same room as us. They had small children that woke up early, and in turn woke us up early.

We had a fantastic stay – the resort was the perfect size: not too big, just a few buildings, very clean, lush with greenery, and incredibly welcoming. We booked two rooms for our family and were initially placed in separate blocks, but the staff resolved it quickly. By the next morning, we were moved into rooms right next to each other, which was greatly appreciated. The lower ground floor rooms come with a super convenient kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, while the upper-floor rooms include a microwave and fridge – both setups worked well for different needs. Housekeeping was excellent – rooms were cleaned daily and towels were refreshed regularly. Breakfast was a real highlight: plentiful and delicious, with something for everyone. Fresh fruits and vegetables were always available, and there was a wide variety of choices. The beach nearby was lovely – clean, scenic, and never overcrowded, making it great for families. Mattinata itself is a charming little town, definitely worth exploring. The locals were warm and friendly, adding to the overall experience. We’d absolutely return and recommend this spot to other families looking for a relaxed and enjoyable getaway.

Would have been ideal to have half board option available as would definitely make this holiday even more attractive, but not a big deal We would happily return here anytime

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and incredibly clean. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast is always so well organized and the proprietor is often on sight overseeing the daily operations. From the wonderfully manicured lawn to the beautiful pool surrounded with olive trees, pomegranate trees, lemon trees and flowering bushes and plants, you feel you found paradise. Mr. Santa Maria, the owner and his staff, Antonio, Giovanni, Andrea, Luciano, Lucia, Martina and Michele and so many others left me in awe with their dedication and professionalism. I had the most amazing vacation because of their hospitality and I thank them and wish them well.

The location is exceptionally beautiful! There are four houses with each 8 flats built between olive and citrus trees. The flat was cosy, definitely enough room for two people and the bathroom/toilet was very modern and clean. There's a small kitchenette with all utensils one needs for cooking. Also the bed is very comfy! The property has a stunning pool (also surrounded by olive trees) and a small house accommodating a bar with tables and the breakfast area. There's a parking lot right in front of the property and your luggage will be brought to your room via golf cart. The reception is housed in a beautiful stone tower. My highlight however was the breakfast buffet with everything one could dream of (sweet and savoury)! Thank you for making the first days of our holiday this great!

Lovely stay in lush and green environment, 300m to the beach, the resort is beautiful and well kept. The design is modern, but surroundings are very Italian- olive trees, lemon trees, etc. The pool zone is beautiful, breakfast buffet very nice, staff very friendly- they accommodated us with our dogs, that felt welcome. Overall, we think it is hidden gem of Gargano! (Having in mind the price/ quality ratio). If You want both the beach and pool and have a nice glass of wine by the pool, look no more. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Nothing. Maybe one little minus could be the not very good soundproof between bathrooms ( Yours and Your neighbor’s), but for us it was not a big deal

What a wonderful Resort! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We loved their Reception area set in an old Tower. As soon as we arrived, we were invited to visit the terrace where guests can sip drinks and helped with our luggage. Our room had an independent entrance, was large, extremely clean and had a patio with deck chairs. The surrounding area is full of beautiful fruit trees, flowers and ancient olive trees. We took a lovely walk to the beach which is only 8 minutes away and is stunning with big waves and pebbles. We had a light lunch by the pool as soon as we arrived and this was prepared with fresh ingredients and great quantities. We bought their lemon jam - super delicious - and had a huge and yummy buffet breakfast in the morning. The pool is super too! All staff were amazing, so helpful and available to answer questions and give you tips. Great discovery at great price. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Modern units with a nice bathroom. Good breakfast, plenty of parking spaces. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. The beds were comfy.

The units are not sound proof and especially in the bathroom you can follow the neighbours conversations. The units lack any decorations, this would make it nicer. For such a modern hotel, the WiFi quality is really bad, slow speed and the network would frequently disappear.

We spent 4 nights here and I can say it was just great. The hotel is just perfect for the ones who miss the quiet place with beautiful garden and pool. The Staff is very friendly and smiling. The pool is very clean and in perfect condition. The garden has so many gorgeous flowers and plants and my daughter was searching for tiny lizards there. Olive trees give you the shade and make the garde even more beautigul. The breakfast is delitious, with lots of fruits, cakes, home made jams. I was fond of bread with olive oil, herbs and tiny tomatoes and ham with pistachious. It is very varied and everybody will find sth tasty for themselves. My kids ate croissants with white chocolate and fruits. You can also find sausages and scrumbled eggs. In general, great! Rooms are very comfortable especially bathroom. We had a tiny terrace with sun seats and wash dryer. Air condition works perfect and with no ugly smell. Cleaning staff delivers small bottles of water every day. To na the beach is ca 10 minutes walk but we reccomend to drive to beach Vignanotica (small stones) which is 30 minutes away by car. Or to glorious st. Lorenzo beach 1 hour distance with gold sand. In the nearby 4-5 minutes walk you can find a hotel with restaurant Il Melograno which has the best pizza I have ever eaten. We are all happy we could spent the time in this perfect, quiet hotel without crouds... We highly reccomend.
