We stopped here on the way to south of Italy via uk. I wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely want to return and have a holiday at this beautiful place. The owner Pietro has thought of absolutely everything. He also gave us a packed lunch for our onward journey and called us to check we arrived safely to the ferry port. I highly recommend Lanziani. It’s beautifully done and in a gorgeous location. We liked everything!

Pietro, the host is an exceptional person ! He is very helpful and made it super easy throughout our one night stay. The accommodation which is situated by the lake is perfect with its surroundings and amenities ! The beds were comfortable and cleanliness top it all ! The food at the restaurant pizzeria opposite to our stay, and breakfast at Nives bar - owned by Pietro are top notch ! Dinner was super delicious !!! I think it was the one of the best from our 7 day stay in Italy. For sure we will re-visit Pietro in the near future and plan to stay more nights there. The place is amazing. Well done Pietro and keep it up ! until next time :)

Nothing which we did not like.

We loved the quite location. The host, Pietro is very helpfull and friendly. Definitley a perfet stop if yiu pass nearby. Unfortunatly we had only one night. But it is the perfect B&B to stay for more nights if looking for a quite and peacefull vacation to stay at. A car is needed to move around but if not by car you can have nice walks by the lake infont of the B&B or a walk in the green go visit the waterspings nearby

The B&B is very nice, with a clean large room and bathroom, but what it makes really special is the host, Pietro. An amazing host that makes sure you will have a wonderful time there. Pietro is the host you would like to have at every B&B, attentive, informative, and respectful. The breakfast is served in a bar few meters away, providing classic Italian food with various sweets and cappuccinos. I am sure if you prefer a savory one, he will have it for you. Unfortunately we stayed only one night but I really hope to visit this area of Pollino again because it’s really beautiful, peaceful, and genuine.

Absolutely nothing!

We had a wonderful experience! The host was absolutely amazing – incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful lake, offering stunning views and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The room was spotless and well-maintained – everything was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely come back!

The host goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

Everything. The place is wonderful. Right temperature. For me it's like a small Switzerland.. Lanziani b&b welcome us like family. Pietro is a very caring person and does everything in detail. I had reserved for just one night but ended up staying 10 days at lanziani waiting for a replacement part for my motorbike . Pietro assisted me in every possible way even visiting the mechanic. Several times. Although staying this long here was not intended, honestly Pietro gave me and my wife one of the best vacation of our live Pietro Caro sei GRANDE

We have been on in Europe a month visiting different towns, Pietro truly made our vacation!! There’s nothing that already hasn’t been said! Truly AMAZING stay!! I own/manage 30 rental properties in the United States and I was blown away by the level of hospitality, friendliness and genuine love for he and his family making our stay so special! We will always remember this stay so so fondly!! Thank you!! <3

This was a true jewel, we appreciated the facility (lovely, clean, and unique), but above all the owner Pietro and his family are truly special hosts, making you feel at home. Every detail, from the exceptional breakfast to the tasteful decor is curated by people who care. Excellent in every possible respect.

Before we went, I saw that most reviews mention Pietro, the host. Having now visited, I can see why - he's the most attentive of hosts. From communication with him prior to arriving to him meeting us, carrying our bags, offering us coffee on arrival, organising a table at his restaurant for dinner (all carried out with the help of google translate!) he couldn't have done more. He even sent a message the next day to check we had had a good journey to our next destination! He made the stay a wonderful experience, but the rooms are lovely and clean with good air conditioning, parking was free and accessible through a gate in an area behind the property, and the B&B is in a lovely situation on a small lake with fantastic views. Breakfast was at Bar Nives and was good.
