I like location, reception staff. All problem was solved very quickly. Excursion and staff who made this excursion.

SMOKING, SMOKING, SMOKING everyway on the beach, around seating aria, beside the restaurant, on the balcony, in the bar aria. There are not designation aria for smoking and not smoking. They made comfort and respect to smoking customer, but what about not smoking??????? My second big issu cleaning room. they only give us a towel and shits. Floor was cleaning very poorly, even the bathroom not always been clean properly. Evening intertiment.

The sea is amazing,in 1 minute you arrive at a wonderful,very clean private beach and it's just amazing! The staff was very friendly and open minded; The food was absolutley stunning and the ristoranti they offer are really amazing😍 Very nice and beautiful resort!

The receptionist Dylan was 👍 very kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is nice, the food is very delicious and different every day. The location is top for vacation and sightseeing! Noto is the best! The beach is a dream!

One of the lifeguards at the ⛱️ was very nervous 😓 not very cooperative.

the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options every morning. The location is perfect — right by the beach with easy access to Noto and its beautiful historical center. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

the grounds were beautiful. rooms were very roomy.

the dinner portions were small. the poor waiter staff is in need of help.

Breakfast Buffet was good

Didn't like that there was not a kettle or coffee making facilities in our room and we had to wait until 7am to get one at the buffet breakfast even though they had machines in the buffet area, but they were turned off, didn't like that you had to pay for beach towels and also pay 10euros per day to park in the hotels carpark, staff at Reception should be trained a bit more customer service was not that good

Swimming pool

The beach was very convenient.

The food wasn't great. The music on the beach was a bit loud. The payment system was cumbersome and slow, lots of waiting to get anything inside the structure.

We paid for a triple room and they give us a double one, close to the swimming pool with very high music until 1a.m. They don't have any phone number to communicate with them..I have never seen it! And the ask for 2 euro for each device a day..Unbelievable. The breakfast was really bad, any fruit, and any variation in the menu.

We liked the fact that the hotel had the beach really close and the animation team was really nice,kind and trying their best to entertain us all the time!

From the start since the check we know we are going to have some negative moments because of the lack of communication from the reception team.She wasn't speaking english very well,very poor and then she forgot to give us the bracelets,we had to come back for them,she didn't asked us if we are allergic to anything,didn't give us the WiFi password or a lot of info about the all inclusive rules that they were applied.Other times that I would needed a information from them they were rude,not smiling and wouldn't want to help much! The food wasn't to bad,6 out of 10,they could do a lot more.The service in the main restaurant was poor and at times we had plastic cups after they finished the glass ones.Wrong information about booking one of their restaurants and most of the times that lady wasn't there.Dissaponiting even the staff from the bars,not filling the glasses properly and do not speak English,don't smile most of them.Felt really uncomfortable going to get a drink.One day the bar from the beach was closed,no lifeguard,no lady to book a restaurant..bizarre..Shower in the room is really small and the bathroom stinks even though was really clean after the maid had been there
