We stayed here for 4 nights and ate in the restaurant each evening which has a very relaxing atmosphere and food very good. Breakfast too was very impressive with so much choice.the hotel I set in a beautiful setting surrounded by lemon trees. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable although there are no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. This is a family business who were so welcoming and all of the staff that we met were so friendly, helpful and professional. Alessandro and Leonora in particular were exceptional but so was everyone else. This is a great centre for visiting the baroque towns. Not to be missed.

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights at this small hotel with cozy sitting areas and patios. We were upgraded at no extra cost to the spacious furnished room on the second floor whose shared balcony overlooked the sea. It has everything you need when you are looking for rest, a fresh dip in the well-maintained pool and free parking for the (rental) car. Every day we were spoiled by the very friendly staff with a rich breakfast buffet and fresh towels. In addition, Villa Felicia is the ideal base for visiting Siragusa, Noto,... the beaches of Ivola. Every evening you have the opportunity to dine à la carte in the restaurant. Ideal if you have tasted one or more glasses of their Etna wine. With pleasure and a smile, they immediately turn a table of 4 into a table of 2 for a tête à tête. 5 stars for Andrea and her team!

We really liked our room which was one of the garden apartments with an outside kitchen/dining area. The website pictures really don’t do justice to the layout and quality of the property. The room was spotless and regularly cleaned by the team. We looked out at a lovely water feature and olive and lemon trees. The hotel has a lovely pool which is open for 2 periods across the day. There is also access to a neighbouring hotel which offers all day pool access and lunchtime snacks. A 5 minute drive will get you to various beach clubs and a beautiful beach at Lido Di Noto. The restaurant served lovely food though the menu didn’t change during our stay. Fish lovers will really like the array of local dishes. The wine list was excellent and well priced. Breakfast was included in our deal and was served buffet style. The selection is continental with a mix of cold meats bread and cake. Although stock was replenished regularly, you need to be quick to obtain some of the items on offer. There’s also a bar with a selection of wine spirits and beers. You really need a car to get the most from staying here as there are very few other bars/restaurants within a reasonable walking distance, unless you are happy to stay in the hotel complex. Finally all of the staff members were brilliant, friendly and helpful at all times, including Carmella the cat :)

There were few things we didn’t like, more just niggles, there were no coffee making facilities in the room, and coffee in the hotel was only available through a machine in the bar.

I think for a 3-star hotel this is a pretty decent stay and there was plenty to like. We chose this hotel for it's beautiful exteriors and interiors and for its proximity to the sea. The rooms are very clean, and the standard double had a spacious shower which always is a plus. The windows have mosquito nets which is appreciated. The bathrooms felt fresh and well maintained. We changed rooms from a double with kitchen to a double without kitchen (and we actually preferred the practicality of the new room). The staff is very helpful and attentive, and helped to solve all of our queries (change of rooms, taxi, activity recommendations etc.). I loved the high quality beach towels (you rent these for EUR 3/towel). I had some lovely and relaxing days at the pool and during low season I had opportunity to swim there alone. The breakfast outdoor area is lovely. The hotel is very close to some great nature spots; Calamosche and Eloro beach, Cavagrande, etc.

I didn't fully enjoy the location of the hotel. It's close to a good beach but the walk there didn't feel fully safe due to traffic and no pedestrian route. We found a way that was fairly safe, but I wouldn't go for it with kids. Having a car here is almost a must, also to the nearby beaches. I also didn't understand why the pool is closed at daytime (the best sun hours). Finally, the restaurant prices were a bit high for a 3-star hotel... and in countryside Sicily! The dinner meal prices are more expensive than in central Vienna which is a bit outrageous (and I'm talking about decent restaurants in Vienna).

The vacation at Villa Felice was one of our best experiences, and we are travelling a lot. The name Villa Felice is promising, and it will truely make you happy spending your holiday here. The location is located in a charming environment of lemon trees and has the typical character of an Italian Agriturismo. Simply idylic! Everything here is made with love and all team members, as well as the owners, let you feel the welcoming habits of the Italian culture. A feeling of belonging! The flat was equipped with an outside kitchen, was cosy and offering everything we needed. It was attached to a beautiful little garden. The breakfast was served in the main building, which also features a swimming pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast was offering the typical Italian foods and delicious cakes. The cakes were freshly baked every day and I am still in love with the pistachio cake of Felicetta! My wife is living gluten- and milk-free, and was receiving her own special cake! Thanks again for this not expected extra! So people with celiachia: here is your holiday spot! The own restaurant of the hotel was also offering freshly cooked dinners, of local classics, with the best Italian ingredients. Again intollerances/food allergies were respected and the whole team did a great service! As the family is also owning the neighboring Agritorismo, we were also allowed to use its pools or have a lunch snack there. This location proofs: If you really put love into something, it has to be good! We will definately return! Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Felicia. The room was well-equipped and serviced daily. Breakfast is a mix of sweet and savoury cakes, breads, cheeses and some cereal. Plus freshly made coffee from the bar. The pool area is nice although the sunbed area can get a bit busy. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was top-notch. One of the best parts was having access to the pool areas at the nearby Terra di Limoni which are nicer and more spacious (and open all day).

Wi-fi in the room was more or less unusable

Very kind and helpful personnel. We left another accommodation early in the morning, because it was so dirty and we could already go into our bungalow at the Vila at 11 in the morning. The bungalows are very clean and cosy. Located in super green area with lots of lemon trees. The breakfast buffet is very extended. We had dinner two times and it was great! Nice sunbeds and pool

All was perfect

This was one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed in. The whole grounds are lush and green full of lemon and other citrus trees, everything is well laid out. Our room was clean and cozy, housekeeping was impecable. We felt so well taken care of. The whole hotel staff was lovely and so friendly to ud and our little daughter. We felt welcomed and at home. Especiaĺy Slavatore was just a spectacular host! Breakfasts were wonderful, freshly squeezed orange juice was served to us every morning, home made cakes and pastries were incredible. If you are staying here, do yourself a favor and visit hotel restaurant for dinner - the food is fantastic, their chef is genius! There was also plenty room for parking and parking is covered with solar panels, so your car doesn’t get too hot and it’s good for the environment! This was trully an oasis of peace for us and whenever we go back to Sicily, we are gonna stay here again!

Quiet, clean and well maintained resort with bungalows hours spread among lemon trees. Charming. The houses themselves were not fancy, but comfortable, spacious (at least for a family of 3 or 4) decently equipped. 3 swimming pools to choose among, between Villa Felicia and the adjacent (sister) structure Terra dei Limoni. Breakfast was abundant in choice and of good quality. certaibly above usual (poor) Italian standards and probably not disapponting foreigners used to more than biscuits and croissants. Coffee in particular was amazing. Staff was great. Friendly and professional. It is just a perfect place to find some quiet and silence. Very well located to visit few spots in the south-east of the island.

Nothing I really did not like. Perhaps the kitchen could be a little more equipped. It was not a problem for us as we did not really cook tho. Overall the place is highly recommendable and I will consider it again if I travel in the area.

The place was wonderful. Quiet location, wonderful and friendly staff. The breakfast was very enjoyable with enough options (and a lot of home made cakes, so if you have a sweet tooth you will really like this). The room we had, had a small private garden which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended is also the restaurant of the house, which offers really delicious food.

There were really no issues that are worth mentioning as a negative point.
