The hotel is well-appointed with lovely rooms and a beautiful, quiet rural setting. Though the menu was limited, especially for our 6-day stay, the restaurant and quality of food and wine were superb.

During the day, there are very few staff members around. The pool bar does not open until at least 4pm, and often this is after 5pm on some days. If you are expected to use the internal bar, but often no one is there, and you need to speak to someone at reception. If the pool bars continues to remain closed during the majority of the day, access to complimentary water would have been beneficial.

Everything! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and makes you feel like you live in a private little Sicilian town. The pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It’s the perfect match between modernity, respecting the historical aspects of the building. The decor of some parts of the hotel is jaw-dropping and the pool area takes this hotel to a different league. The staff is always friendly and happy to accommodate whatever special orders you might have. The restaurant is excellent and very affordable, considering going to any other restaurant without a car is virtually impossible.

If we’re splitting hairs, we could say the access to the Villa is limited without a car, although the staff is happy to arrange a taxi for the guests, or ask the local bus line to make an unofficial extra stop in front of the hotel to take us into town. Otherwise the gym could offer some mats as well as some weights.

Hands down one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Location: Perfectly situated just a few minutes away from both Noto and the beach, offering the best of both worlds. Breakfast: Simply outstanding! A delicious spread that left us looking forward to it every morning 😋. Staff: The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. Attention to Details: Every aspect of the accommodation was thoughtfully designed and maintained, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

The whole place, from the surroundings to the staff members, was perfect. The pool was one of the best hotel pools I've ever used. Easy big enough to swim as training if that's what you're into, or to just cool off after being in the sun. Close enough to Noto (10 minute drive) for shops, culture and restaurants but far enough away to relax in the peaceful calm of the countryside. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything very nicely presented and very comfortable in the room and elsewhere. Very helpful staff. Pool was lovely. Location was very quiet but close to fast roads and Noto. Breakfasts very good. Had dinner on the terrace a few nights and the food and ambience were lovely. Great to have such easy parking.

Standard room was quite snug when staying 4 nights but having a balcony looking over the pool made it feel larger. Outdoor gym a good idea but range of equipment very limited.

The rooms could be renovated / modernised a bit, including the bathroom and sonor isolation from one room to another. The hotel is quite big which makes the atmosphere / client treatment slightly impersonal (vs. Small / boutique hotels for those into this type or places).

Beautiful old buildings. Great new pool. Delicious breakfast with great coffee. Parking inside the property and for free. Loved the details auch as dishes. Nice terrace for eating. Dinner was tasty. Rooms are cute and again. Love the details. We were able to check-in a lot earlier.

Gym is not really a gym. Hardly any fitness equipment. Bathroom was nice but rain shower had too little pressure. Drinks at the pool weren’t good. Neither a Spritz, nor a cocktail. WiFi could have been better.

The location of the hotel is great. I personally love the building. It’s very close to Noto by car. It’s at a very good price for the size of the rooms and also for the quietness. It’s better to sleep outside of Noto and visit it during the day. Great place in general!

Breakfast was not wow, but since we don’t eat in the morning this was not a minus for us. Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Breakfast was great, but dinner was disappointing, subpar . we weren't there for lunch. The plus side is that the villa is rather remote so it's quiet and lovely. The negative side is that if you don't have a car (we were advised to not drive in Sicily) you have to rely on expensive taxis to get out to Noto or beaches.
