Lady at the desk (dark hair) was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about parking in the town and water and snacks when we left. Room big, clean, bright and warm. Powerful shower and plenty of towels. No noise disturbance. Plenty of parking and easy to reach Perugia centre by car.

No kettle in the room but realise this is not common practice in Italy.

Good hotel, from the outside looks like a bit old but inside it's clean and good looking. The room was also clean and cozy, perfect for a few day's stay. Underground garage, which is a big plus. However, the strongest point of this place is the staff, they're amazing, super helpful, friendly and very professional. :)

New, clean and simple design..Had everything we needed except slippers. A really nice touch was the bottle of water for the journey home. Customer delight. Stylish Christmas decorations in the foyer. Very friendly and efficient reception staff.

No slippers in the room. Maybe a tiny little more space in the room would have been nice. Otherwise great.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and excellent at addressing any small concern we had.

No English speaking channels. It was available in the lobby but not the rooms. The TV's are miniscule, 19" so even if there were channels one could watch, it was very far away. If you don't want to extend satellite services with English channels into the rooms,perhaps new Smart TV'S so that one can stream Netflix,Prime etc.

The personnel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

Some works are underway. But the personnel were kind enough to make it smooth.

Easy to park and great location close to train station.

No A/C on the rooms at this time of the year, staff say because is cool outside so the turn off all the a/c in the entire building.

it’s a really good and big hotel, easy to find, easy to park

our room was in the other side so we had to pass the restaurant and find the elevator on the right to go to our room, it’s a little bit awkward, but it’s ok!

I liked the settings of the hotel. It looked nice, traditional and professional. The staff members were nice, the room was lovely (I should've brought my Xbox with me), the bathroom was nice too. Yea, I enjoyed it. I would love to come back again if I had to.

I asked if they have any laundry service but it wasn't offered to me. Also, not enough staff members were available during my visit. I wasn't given a tour around the hotel during my stay so I was a bit curious if there were any floors that I didn't get to check out. The foods were alright for a little snack but most of it was just different types of croissants. I was expecting big meals such as traditional pasta meals etc.
