Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom and amazing view on Perugia from the room. 15mins drive to the city. Very nice host with great restaurants suggestions.

Just a kind suggestion, the breakfast could have more fresh and local products, like fruits, vegetables, for example tomatoes, ham and cheese. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Breakfast was great. The view was marvelous. The property is nice, but needs more care to bring out its potential. The proprietor was especially warm, friendly, caring, and attentive. I had a far better experience than I imagined.

The entrance is awkward for someone without a vehicle (although I enjoyed the walk). The location is also problematic for someone without a vehicle, although the proprietor's graciousness and the view of the city more than make up for it.

The host was very friendly, helpful and warm. He was also accommodating regardless of the language barrier. The views are amazing and a very and peaceful quaint location.

The price mostly matches the offering; however, it could have been priced slightly less.

the facility is beautiful! Very well appointed! Fabulous views. the pictures do not do the exterior justice! There is a beautiful foundation with sculptures here and there. the bathroom is large and wonderful! Alberto our host was very congenial! I loved it!

A beautiful place in the hills with stunning views of Perugia. The city is 10 minutes by car and is a lovely place to walk around. The staff were lovely too.

The location was excellent, 10 minutes from Perugia, 25 minutes from Assisi. The view from the room was so pastoral. The owners were very nice and did their best to help, despite the language barrier.

Alberto is amazing, incredibly good host that will offer to pick you up and drive you to wherever you need to go! Highly recommend staying here, super peaceful, beautiful views and very comfortable rooms.
