Staff facing customers feel stressed (not deal breaker but takes away the feeling of being welcome). For example: people at reception do admin work so they get overwhelmed when interrupted but you need them as they run the bar and even handle pool towels. Or at breakfast, we were only like 2 couples self service buffet and they were like 4 people running up and down making noise and so on. Probably cleaning from previous night?

Hotel in a very quiet and peaceful place. Cozy and clean room, with every comfort you may need. The breakfast and the courses served at the restaurant are excellent and waiters are really professional and attentive to guests needs. Also the reception staff is very kind and helpful, suggesting all the hotel options and services and being available 24/24. The swimming pool is an oasis of peace where you can relax and have some chill moments. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will come back for sure!

Lovely pool. It is the highlight of our stay. Morning swims and jacuzzis every day. The beach chairs and water fall are something else. Breakfast was another highlight. Really nice spread including gluten free options. Coffee was great too. Just order from the wait staff. I really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too. Bed is comfy too. The room’s toilet is huge too. I only wish the bathtub was slip resistant.

The location is not the greatest. Not many food options nearby too. You definitely need a car to get to the hotel and around.

Breakfast was excellent especially the pastries Room was spacious and very clean Pool was clean with very comfortable loungers Dinner in the restaurant in the evening was exeptional as was the service. All staff were very friendly and helpful, Wilson in the restaurant especially.

Lunch food was ok but not to the standard of dinner. The road approaching the hotel was in poor condition with lots of pot holes .

Very friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool. Easy access from motorway ONCE you sussed it out. Do NOT listen to gps when you get close if you want your marriage to survive. Try to follow hotels instructions. Very frustrating first time. Breakfasts excellent. Great coffee. Perugia very central to a lot of other interesting towns, wineries etc. Good base. Mini metro up into old Town fantastic, free parking at base.

No English language TV channels. I would have liked a news channel (BBC or CNN), but it's not a deal breaker.

Excellent location, ample parking, staff efficient & friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Weather hot 36C so made great use of the pool & sunbeds. Bty the pool is good size & spotlessly clean.
