Very clean rooms - good bed linen and the room was a good size. We were facing into the garden and it was very quiet. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat (end August). Dinner - at the restaurant attached to the hotel - was excellent. An easy drive into Perugia the next morning where we parked the car in a covered car parking area. Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, relaxed. Great staff, so kind and always on hand to help, made it very welcoming for us. Delicious breakfasts, fantastic private spa hire, highly recommend doing so.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property itself. Even being fairly close to a road wasn’t an issue in such a relaxed, beautiful setting with wonderful staff, and it made the nearing area’s very accessible which we took advantage of. Perugia’s medieval town & Assisi is a must see.

Swimming pool is the main reason for us to choose this hotel to stay. Our family room is a loft, my kids love it.

To use the swimming pool, you will need a cap. If you dont have one, unfortunately you need to pay €3 for a one-time use cap at the reception.

The people, the property, the warmth and location, the bar the breakfast. Anna and Marco were so helpful, informative and got great table reservations in great restaurants. A truly memorable experience, we will be back. Near train and other transport routes, to explore other areas but great to stick around and relax.

The layout is very good with the breakfast room overlooking the pool. The rooms are big and if we stayed again we would book a room with a balcony

Kind and available staff, especially at the reception and restaurant. Nice spa and breakfast area.

The breakfast offer could be more vary and offer more savory food. Rooms could be more elegant and equipped, considering the 4 stars.

The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and very nice. The hotel has a nice patio area and pool, although we did not use it ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, but as we were in a car it did not affect us.
