I have travelled to 200+ cities across , stayed in so many hotels, hostels etc, but this one was exceptional. The host contacted me themseleves before my arrival and shared a video , showing room and other facilities, and not just the written steps. The room itself was super clean and also had so many snacks , drinks already at my table in the room. The interior is very very amazing. Plus it was not so expensive. It seems it's not a business but a passion for them to host

Absolutely amazing! The staff are so kind! It’s about a 25 minute walk from the station and centre! The room has snacks and drinks included, it’s very clean and spacious, the bathroom is also good 😊 Check in is super simple which is great, if you’re ever in Pescara I would definitely book this place! Very reasonable price as well! I really enjoyed my stay here! :)

The cleaning lady who is also very sweet comes at about 8am every morning which for me is okay, but for some people maybe they just want to sleep in :)

It is a nice place with many facilities, including a kitchenette. Everything is spotless clean. It also has a private terrace with table and chairs so you could also sit outside if you want. Good value for the money.

The place is relatively far from the city center and the beaches but in a nice neighborhood. There are some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The location did not bother us as we don't mind walking but there is a bus stop very close if you don't want to walk. The one thing that I did not like but may not be a problem for you is that the property is unstaffed for most of the time so you need to call the owner when you arrive to give you the key. This was an unnecessary stress for us because roaming did not work (or maybe we did not know how to activate it) so we had to ask a neighbor to call the owner. Once we checked in everything was fine.

Well proportioned and equipped self contained room. Comfortable bed. Furnishings are component units with bedhead and wardrobes as an integrated unit as was the kitchen. Breakfast was not as described in Booking.com but consisted of a selection of packaged products which were replenished each morning. Flexible way to do it. Small area outside with table for al fresco meals.

The décor was jaded and in need of refreshment. A cleaner attended each morning - but 0845 isn't when we wanted to answer the door. No sofa or comfortable chair. No kettle or toaster. The apartment is some distance from the town centre in a residential area. On arrival we walked from the train station to the apartment and with baggage it took 25 minutes. Silly as there are frequent town service buses which run a circular route and pass nearby. Exciting high speed ride around the town. Not much information provided about local supermarkets, bars, restaurants apart from the suggestion that Google maps is good but we did find Lidl and some shops within 15 minutes further from the centre. The weather. Cold and wet for the May day holiday.

The room is very nice, comfortable, modern.

The room is a 30 min. walk from the train station. I was asked to call the owner's "colleague" who would let me in. When I informed the owner via Booking.com email that I didn't have access to a phone, she told me to call anyway. I had to repeat that I didn't have access to a phone and ask her to tell her colleague for me what time I would arrive. This seems a very simple thing, but I had the impression that I was a bit of a problem for them.

We were very pleased with our stay (even though we only stayed for a day). The host was very hospitable. He sent us a video of the room the day before—the room itself had snacks, coffee, water, and juices, and the room itself was clean and cozy. We'd be happy to stay again :) Thank you!

I missed information about public transport to get there from airport. I didn't expected it to be so complicated.

Thank you for your very nice clean and comfortable room, before I left at 9am I said thank you to your cleaning staff. I told her she keeps it all lovely and clean, (I'm very fussy with OCD) it's cleaner than my apartment. She was very helpful when I was unable to call a taxi because my UK phone had not yet connected to roaming in Italy. I would like very much to stay again next year, 👍👍👍🥳😎

Nothing, except I would like to know if there is a bus route instead of using taxis.

Great communication from the owner and the place was easy to find Spacious room equipped with a small kitchenette Comfy bed and the room was well lit

The location was about 20 minute walk from the train station - nothing too strenuous though

Room was nice and clean and very easy to check in-to, even if arriving late.

The location is a bit far from the city center and airport, and public transportation in Pescara seemed hit or miss so would most likely have to take a taxi or walk 30-60+ min.
