A very charming boutique resort with a seaside vibe. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center, with a large, convenient parking area. The property features a pool, a restaurant, a gym, and I also saw fitness classes being held. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The hotel rooms have unique names, adding character, and are spacious, bright, very well-maintained, and clean. The view from the terrace is great. There is a pleasant small beach right under the hotel, and a bit further along the promenade is another, slightly larger beach, so there's something for everyone. We traveled with a dog, which was not an issue, and we were warmly welcomed. Highly recommend

It's hard to find anything that could be improved. At this level, maintaining the quality of services is all that's needed.

The rooms were absolutely on the water. We were able to wake up and look directly at the Isle of Elba. The room was clean and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I feel like the pictures and advertisements led me to believe that it was much more luxurious than it was. I thought I was booking a major resort and found it to be a very small, but comfortable inn. During the time we were there, restaurant was unavailable which made dining much more challenging. I had no idea that it would be unavailable. I also had a hard time locating the actual inn because the signage was extremely discreet.

Hearing the waves. The view, balcony, breakfast bar, and restaurant nearby - all with a sea view and friendly staff. No industry nor traffic or trains. Walking distance to old town. Small beach below the hotel.

Not the newest mattress. Balcony needed more shade in afternoon.

The view of the sea from the room was wonderful! Nice big balcony, new and clean bathroom fixtures and coffee machine was appreciated. Coffee in room was good also.parking lot was also a bonus as street parking was full.

Breakfast in a box was not very good. Parking was difficult to locate as there was no clear signage or street number visible.

On the waterfront with views galore, including stunning sunsets and glorious moonrises. There is a small cove below the property, beautiful walks, a pool and gym. The staff was helpful and gracious. It's also a perfect gateway to Elba.

Lovely large room with a little terrace and an amazing view over the sea to Elba island beyond. Very friendly team and easy to navigate parking onsite.

We stayed out of season so many of the amenities were not yet operational. It’s a short walk from the centre of town and the decor is a little old fashioned.

The view was stunning, the restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful.

The included breakfast was bit limited, so most days we opted to breakfast in town.

Absolutely loved this location, fantastic views and great value, very comfortable and peaceful room (I stayed in the orange room). I'd only booked one night but could have stayed longer.

The only very minor negative was not being able to get the coffee machine to work!

The parking place is assigned for every room so you'll always find a free place for the car. The view is truly fantastic and also the opportunity to have your own private little garden in front of the room, with a table and chairs and sun beds. Also the staff was very kind and accomodating

Unfortunately it was full of mosquitoes when I entered, so I had to hunt them down before going to bed to avoid getting disturbed during the night... I understand they can't set up a net on the only opening of the room, the sliding door that gets you outside, but they could've at least offer a mosquito killer of some kind. Also, the stairs that lead to the lower level rooms are too steep and curved to get down with a suitcase. No elevator. And the procedure to do the check in for who comes after the reception closes at 4pm is tricky and takes time (don't understand why they close at 4pm when most places open their reception around that time...)

The view is insane!!! The room was clean and compacted, the pool and bar are easy to access and the pool was clean and fresh! All in all a nice pit stop in pimbo!
