decent location & Suvereto really came to life after about 7pm. nice town & lots of good places to shop/eat/drink for a small town. friendly locals.

don't call yourself 'Bed & Breakfast Suvereto' if you don't provide it any more! maybe you did before Covid but please don't advertise something you no longer provide. & some photos on Google (admittedly not by the property) showed a very nice pool area. a bit misleading again.

Room very dark and very old style. Poor air conditioning. Position is not very good.

The location is good. Few steps away from the centro storico. Bars and restaurants are all nearby.

The place is badly maintained. With the only exceptions of clean linen, towels and Aircon (which is anyway very old), the room is a total disaster. To list a few: ants trotting in the bathroom, broken plastic shower fences, tv with no video (only audio), no mosquito net. Breakfast was not served and - although it was written in the booking confirmation - plenty of pictures were displayed on booking and I found it very misleading. The service is non existent: we left with noone around and we left the keys on a random table and when we asked a towel we had to reach out through wahttup to the lady in charge, but the towel never arrived anyway.

The breakfast that was supposed to be included was not.

There was none of the amenities available that were offered. No WiFi, no air conditioning and no breakfast.

From the b&b it is an easy walk to the village. The staff lady was very nice.

The air conditioning worked very poorly (other guests at the b&b had the same problem and pointed it out to the staff, but we did not see any improvement), the windows have no mosquito nets so even at night it was not possible to open the windows to profit of the fresh air of the night, in the summer heat it was not easy to sleep(!) The bathroom is very small, with a washbasin as for dolls!! The worst thing (apart from the terrible heat of the room!) it was the lighting like an Etruscan tomb(!!), in the evening in the room it was almost impossible to read. The b&b does not offer ANY breakfast service (we do not have breakfast, but it would have been nice to be able to have at least a coffee, but this was not possible in the b&b)
