Wish we could have stayed longer! The tennis court looked a bit unkept as well but maybe offseason.

We had an amazing stay at la Bandita. Everything was perfect, from the idyllic location in the Tuscan hills to the really friendly and helpful management and staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable and our bathroom had stunning views. The building is beautiful and the deco very stylish, typically Italian. We had some amazing food at the restaurant where they serve delicious food with products from their garden as well as local food and wine. The pool is perfect and in a beautiful location. The staff does bar service by the pool. The whole place is perfect for a quiet and picturesque Italian stay and we would highly recommend it for a romantic stay.

The location is perfect, it is high in the hills and secluded offering brilliant views all around. The staff are very helpful, and the rustic and charming villa is delightful. The pool is also great, and appeared to be well maintained.

The room was very basic, and perhaps another pillow couldn’t have gone amiss. There is no aircon, but we were able to keep the room cool with the shutters. The breakfast is ok, but if we were staying for longer than 3 nights, it might have got a bit repetitive.

The staff were AMAZING!!! Friendly, welcoming and so kind. The setting was stunning and we were lucky to have an upgraded room which was just perfect. Pool was perfect and plenty of chairs to lounge on.

Portion sizes are very small. We had to order a few other dishes to fill up. The breakfast was fair for a continental option. We would have loved cooked eggs that were part of the price (not extra).

Everything was better than expected in every regard, however the staff were just brilliant. The location was exactly what we were looking for, the photos don’t do it justice. Food is all locally sourced, specials every day and breakfast buffet have a huge variety.

There was nothing to dislike

Quaint and peaceful with lovely staff.. fabulous relaxing end to our Tuscan road trip… pool was a welcome spot to relax and unwind!

Minor matter but small fan in room was simply not enough for August heat… but everything else made up for it!

Although the property was dry due to the drought it was stunning. The breakfast was in on the patio overlooking the beautiful countryside. Our room didn't have air-conditioning but this wasn't an issue as the screened windows at the back of our room ensured we had cool air flowing through the room all night. The hotel has a restaurant or you can drive 5 minutes up the road to Sassetta and dine at one of the restaurants there. We highly recommend this property.

The location of the hotel is beautiful. Peacefully in the hills away from the crowds. Nice staff who are very helpful and do their best. Very friendly atmosphere and easy to reach most destinations in Tuscany. Cuisine is absolutely tasteful and local.

it takes some time to drive up the mountain which was a bit stressful at night.. on the rooms, better avoid the most economic ones as they are quite small. the pool was not working.

Nothing
