I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Curiel in Castagneto Carducci and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. I was travelling alone and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The comfort of the accommodation was outstanding and you could tell that every design detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a relaxing and luxurious experience. The property was impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained rooms and common areas that reflect both elegance and charm. The location is ideal, peaceful and picturesque, yet conveniently close to everything you might need or want to explore in the region. Cristiano and Dalia went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for throughout my time there. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Curiel to anyone seeking a memorable and serene escape in Tuscany. A true gem, I’ll definitely be returning!

The views from this B&B can’t be beat, nor can the style of the architecture and decor. It is nestled in a very cute little hilltop town with some great restaurants and beautiful sights. Breakfasts at the B&B were excellent!

It is difficult to access without a car. The train station in Donoratico is 6km away at the bottom of a large hill. Although there is a bus route near to the B&B it runs infrequently with even more limited service on weekends. Taxis are not available at the train station. Hire cars must be pre-booked and are exceptionally expensive (35 Euro) for the 11 min trip.

The room was outstanding, not only the content of the the bedroom and the bath room, but also the tasteful design (curtains, wall paper, art at the wall). The location was superb with a great view at the valley. Breakfast was outstanding as well: good coffee, many home made natural, honest and delicious products, good variety offered and personal attention!

Cristiano and his team were so lovely and great! They showed us around and we had a very nice time. The view from the balcony onto the land and sea is just breathtaking - especially during sunset. The rooms are super clean and modern and really, the location is fantastic. I'm looking forward visiting again hopefully soon!

Everything was perfect!

This was a lucky find for our trip to Tuscany. The experience of Villa Curiel was unlike any other in the region. From the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms, to the hospitality and assistance of the owners, nothing could have been better. (The homemade breakfast was the ultimate win for me!) The location is also perfect since the best restaurants are only a 3 minute walk uphill, yet you can choose to stay in and enjoy the incredible view of the rural and the sea. Highly recommend this place, and definitely coming back again!

A very beautiful b&b in a very beautiful town. Our room was just perfect! Large, a very good bed, a beautiful bathroom and a terrace with the perfect view. Great breakfast with homemade products! The hosts are really kind and friendly! We will definitely return sometime!!

This is a wonderful place! First of all, it's the location, which is absolutely stunning! Views of the mare above marina Castangneto are absolutely stunning! The facility itself appears to be quite new. Nice building, with state of the art trendy furniture. Rooms are super-clean and modern! Beds are comfy! Breakfast is great and staff / owners are absolutely friendly and helpful! This is definitely a place, where I would come again. Few things to note: Not all rooms face the seaside! Some rooms face rearside, where views may not be too nice! We had a great room at groundfloor, which had some sort of little private sitting area in front! First floor room may lack these... One thing to mention: Breakfast area on the first floor is great. It's really stylish and a feel-well place!

There's not much to complain about. It may be a bit strange, that reception area is located on first floor, and rooms at ground floor may only be reached by a rather small stair case. You may want to complain to the architect ;-). Everything else was fine. As said above, I would come again! Thanks for three great days at Castagneto!

Cristiano and Dalia are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The fresh breakfast they prepared every day was fantastic. The villa is only a 5 minute walk from the village but is in a nice quiet location with sea views. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean.

A little more storage space in the room would have been ideal.

Christiano and the team are super helpful, kind and welcoming. The view is spectacular. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast delicious and overall it was very good value for money. Will definitely stay here again when in the area
