The different huts are very nicely located unter pine trees. Great pool next the long sandy beach. Coffee & ice cream at the pool bar are excellent. Kids club also available in late September/beginning of October. Great sport facilites and facilities for kinds (though mostly for yournger kids, up untill 12/13 years).

Being a resort in Italy (known for good food!), food quality at the restaurant/canteen could be much better (we cooked at the cabin or went to a restaurants - you need a car though...). The small supermarket has limited opening hours and prices are (too) steep...In autumn, there are lots of families from german speaking countries (Switzerland, Germany). Hence, staff looking after children should improve their German knowledge.

Amenities, facilities, beach, and number of options.

Kid's playground should get some shade by mean of some kind of shielding. Smoking should not be allowed at the bars or at the restaurants, even if they are outdoor. It is a family resort and kids should not be exposed to passive smoke.

The way the whole place was within the woodland. It was beautifully designed amongst the trees. Lots of great activities for kids and a great atmosphere all round. So many different pools to choose from if one was busy you could always find space at another. Showers were great with great water pressure, beds were comfortable with clean bedding so all got a good night's sleep.

Mosquitos!!! Not wanting to use deet on our 3 year old we all got seriously bitten. Would benefit from offering mosquito nets (or recommending people bring them) for beds especially for kids beds. We stayed in one of the tent cabins which was great although quite expensive for a week's staying in what was basically a fancy tent. Loved the facilities and the overall feel of the resort. So much for kids to do. Not the most beautiful beach in the world but again there was so much to do the kids absolutely loved it anyway. Definitely need to have warning signs on the hot water taps! The water was scolding hot, not great for kids.

Beautiful property.. perfect place to unwind with family. Well planned and has plenty of things to do within the property.. extremely kid friendly.. loved the transport by their train. Liked the selection of restaurants as well.. The villa was comfortable as well with a lovely outdoor seating area.. they also helped to put out Italian friends so close to our villa which made the stay even more convenient.. definitely a place I will come back to..

The place is just so lovely that I have only fond memories of this place. But just for the sake of improvement, the only few things I noticed - the 2nd room in our villa was too small. It would have been better to have a bigger living area with a bed and more kitchen space.. the second room could not be fully used by us.

The location is marvellous and the sunsets to cherish for. I loved the pine forest and the intimate feeling of the village. Many activities to choose from, friendly staff, good food.

*Too many babies at the same time. I was not expecting so many children crying (also, the parents left them on the floors, touching the food, tasting it....) But in the end it was a family resort :) ** I would have liked the bathroom to be cleaner: there was mold and the shower had been only superficially cleaned. I did not like that.

We loved the location, is very green. Our house was close to the pools but secluded so we had complete privacy. We loved the house and the green around it.

Loud entertainment (going on till late) turned towards the house as well as insufficient insulation. That beach beds and parasol needed to be paid extra and was expensive.

Beach access, no cars, many trees, great for children, vacation feeling, swimming pools, entertainment nights, pretty surroundings, shaded parking

Some things you can pay only with cash which is nonsense, the organisation of the popcorn at shows and its position is catastrophic. 20 min waiting time for a bucket of Popcorn. No automatic luggage service at checkout. Beds a bit hard and protective sheet with plastic.

Very nice location in the forest, no cars on the premises, many attractions, spacious houses with a terrace and a lot of space around

The food in the pizzeria restaurant needs to be improved For such a large main resort, the swimming pool near the sea was overcrowded despite the lower season in September

Everything was excellent 👌🏼👌🏼 the cottage was big enough. The environment was superb with everything you need, parks, restaurants and the beach. Our kids loved it! They are 4 and 6 y old. We went in June and it was perfect. Low season and not so crowded. The pool areas were great with everything nearby. There was kidsclub and entertainment every day! Kitchen was well equipped with new spunge and supplies for washing dishes. So great! We stayed for 3 nights but will stay longer next time when we go by car. The taxi is 20 euro from the train station and only 10 minutes away. Everything was great! We will come back again!. Thanks for a great service!

The chalets are in the forest and the beach and pools are walking distance (5-6 minutes walk). Everyone is very nice and helpful, always smiling. My kids made a lot of friends. My husband and I worked from there and it was ok, wifi was reliable.

The chalets are quite old and very basic. Cleaning is done once per week but not very well.
