Privacy. Enough space. Don't hear much of road sounds or neighbors. Location good for beach and bus in direction to Piombino, also grocery shop not far away. Quiete well equipet kitchen.

WC. Water system works load and not proper. No cleaning or even emptying trash bin in 5 days. One roll of toilet paper for 5 days, no liquid for washing dishes

Location excellent, well looked after, Deborah the owner bent over backwards to accommodate us when our plans changed suddenly. Supposed to be on a campervan holiday but the van developed a fault and had to book emergency accommodation.

A short walk to the seafront. It was very quiet, and there is a lovely pasticceria just a minutes walk away to get breakfast, and the conad is only a 5 minute walk if you need other bits. Price was good compared to others in the area, good for a simple short stay. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, had everything we needed.

One of the two coffee makers was mouldy inside, not an issue as there was two but the other one also needed a rinse out before we used it. We had a unit at the back and some mornings quite early the cleaning people would make a lot of noise doing their work out there, banging bins etc.

The apartment was very spacious and with balcony with a side view on the sea. The location is OK, only 10-15 minutes walking from the beach/town. I recommend to take a car and go for the natural beach in Rimigliano (Lago Verde Beach bar)-simple but no crowds…

The only minor thing is that the air conditioning is a bit loud.

Very comfy apartment, just a short walk from the beach. It was clean and well equipped. The check in went smoothly, there are quite a few free parking spaces just outside.

Great location with excellent local food shops nearby and 15 min walk to local beaches.

We stayed for 7 nights mid way on 3 wk tour and would have appreciated towel and bedding change in this apartment

A very quiet, relaxing and comfortable apartment in a really nice area with the best bakery-cafe nearby. we loved it!

The apartment is very spacious and the amenities are clean and new Easy access from the ground floor
