We stayed here for the weekend, and we had a great time in San Vincenzo. The staff were very friendly, there was an amazing breakfast, and the room was clean. (The room and shower were a lot smaller than the pictures they posted, though.) It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the downtown area & the train station to the hotel, but the beach is 3 minutes away on foot! Renting an umbrella and chairs was at a reasonable price for all day (I think it was 25 or 30 euros).

I liked everything about the property… Super helpful staff, right near the beach, walking distance from the train station, incredible breakfast included, simple but clean and functional room… Great weekend beach getaway

there is nothing that I didn't like about the property but I will say that San Vincenzo is 98% a beach town and if you're looking for another kind of historic or cultural experience, this might not be the right spot… But if you're seeking fine dining and nice days at the beach and beautiful space this is the place to be

We stayed in this hotel last year and this year and I should say that this time our experience was noticeably better. Our room was big enough and clean. Air conditioner worked well. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d choose this hotel again.

I've stayed here a few times when doing the Tuscany Trail. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Good storage space just off the lobby for storing bikes. The restaurant was closed as it's early season but it's only a ten-minute walk to the main part of town for plenty of choice. The hotel is only 100m from the beach.

The room didn’t have a balcony so during the summer it could be a problem to hang your beach towels but maybe they will have other solutions

Excellent breakfast. Near to the beach. Bike store. Plenty of on street parking. No evening meal, but plenty of good restaurants at the beach.

The staff was exceptionally kind and went the extra mile to help us. The room was clean. The breakfast, mostly sweet, was simple but very good. The hotel manages a small section of the beach, a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient (to be paid separately). The beach and water were very clean.

The room and hotel facilities did not match the description on Booking.com, which left us very dissatisfied and feeling tricked. According to the description, the "deluxe" room had a fridge and a safety box, and the hotel offered the possibility to rent bikes. There was no fridge or safety box in the room (the staff offered us the use of the hotel fridge if needed). When we pointed out these discrepancies, we were told that the hotel was renovated in March and they hadn't had the chance to update the descriptions on Booking.com yet. Also, the room didn't have anything "deluxe." The bathroom was very tiny with little surface area to place toiletries. The shower definitely needed renovation. The hotel didn't have a bike rental service at all. When we asked, they directed us to a bike shop 1 km away. How difficult can it be to update a hotel and room description to match reality? We contacted Booking.com customer service, but they never got back to us.
