The apartments were spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed — with an amazing view from the balcony that made every morning special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the place is — such a thoughtful touch for those traveling with pets. A great bonus: you can refill your bottles with fresh drinking water anytime throughout the day. Truly a lovely vacation — thank you for creating such a warm and comfortable experience!

I wish we could have stayed longer! We got a warm reception and room upgrade which was a nice surprise. It's a lovely little beach town with plenty of shopping and dining options. The apartment was very comfortable, bright and spacious. I only wish they didn't charge for everything in the kitchen. I think water and coffee should be included.

The main entrance/ reception was difficult to find. It was wonderful to have some outdoor space but the view was mostly inhibited by the way the building is constructed. Not really a complaint, just more of an fyi.

This has to be the highlight of my holidays. This place is totally a splice of heaven for peace, beauty and relaxation. The apartment we had was on the top floor and we could overlook the bay. The kitchen and living area were was massive with patio doors which opened out onto the veranda with spectacular views. Bathroom was excellent with a very powerful shower and everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and also had doors which opened onto the same veranda. We will be most certainly be back. This has to be the most impressive places I’ve ever stayed to relax.

Amazing apartment facing the sea with incredibly stunning sunset when seating on our terrace. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. There was a everything one needs if cooking at the premises although we went out to the local yummy restaurants every evening. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I adored the home made cake and croissants, my husband the cheese, focacvia and freshly cooked eggs.

Everything was just right. Perhaps the apartment could have been a couple of centigrade cooler.

This hotel was incredible. I was genuinely surprised by how large the apartment was and how well equipped it felt, with everything you could need to stay fully catered. The view from the balcony was the highlight, watching the sunset was just unforgettable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was that we had only booked for one night and left wishing we had stayed longer.

Excellent accommodation, great location and helpful and positive staff. Even though we went off-season, we were pleased and hope to visit in a better season. We thank the employee who upgraded our room. Even though it is off season, there is a nice and satisfying breakfast. There is a closed parking lot with easy entrance and exit, and an indoor pool and jacuzzi that can be accessed at any time you want.

Nothing important. Only small things that I informed during checkout and I am sure that will be solved for next stay.

I travel a fair amount and this was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. We had a ground-floor room opening right out onto the terrace and it felt like we had an entire apartment with the huge indoor/outdoor space. I had to book this last minute when my son was sick and couldn't travel, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant bonus that the room was stocked with items available for purchase, many if not all sourced locally/from the owners' own farm. The property is a stone's throw from gorgeous beaches and at the end of the main street of the town with all the restaurants and shops right there. I would recommend it to anyone.

Residenza Santa Cecilia is actually a beautiful seafront villa, close to some of San Vincenzo's nicest restaurants and beach clubs. Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms and a spatious terrace overlooking the sea and the marina. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choises. The staff is incredibly accomodating and helpful, they really made our stay a special experience.

Beautiful big room, very clean and the staff was super nice! We also had a little seating area outside (garden). We were able to wash our clothes, that took 30 mins, super quick. They had their own products in the bathroom, which smelled really good and were natural. :D

In the bedroom the little light on the TV was super bright, and a few small noises that woke my friend up, so we didnt sleep that well.

Great location. Nice and kind staff. Good breakfast with available potable water all day long. Nice terrace with beautiful flowers for relaxing.

Breakfast was good but not enough and no refill for the empty trays was done. E.g. the eggs trays were almost always empty and when we asked for supplementing them we were communicated…it is not possible since they are finished. Rooms not acoustically insulated was leading to a lot of noise at least for the Ground Floor rooms from the pool room especially during the night. More acoustical finishes to be used to reduce the effect: carpets, fabrics on walls etc. Also timeframe and rules for using the inner pool are advisable.
