Large spatious room, air conditioning was strong enough to fight against the hottest days of the century. Clean and comfortable. The building is a bit outdated and wold need some restoring but overall the room was good enough. Wonderful breakfast at the adjacent Villa Tramonto restaurant with a nice sea view.

Room had little cracks on the wall, but was overall comfortable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Villa Denia. The staff was very nice, the room was always perfectly cleaned and breakfast very tasty. The hotel has a private beach about 20 m from the hotel, but we recommend that you also drive ( 15 min) to the Baratti beach, which is very beautiful and there is a a nice castle nearby, where you can take a trip when you are no longer at the beach amuse.

Perfect location, almost on the beach. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. Room was decorated in blue and white..appropriate for where it was. Breakfast was very good, and a vast choice . Staff lovely and friendly. Garden area with nice seating in the shade. Only a 15 min walk into the centre for shops and cafes and marina.. sunbeds and umbrellas were free to use too....great For us, everything was perfect.

Having to leave. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely return. Our stay rejuvenated us for the rest of our travels and soothed out souls.

The view from this top floor beautifully decorated romantic, contemporary unit is fantastic. And everything you need is provided.

My weak legs cried at the stairs—from street level to elevator and after elevator up to unit—but the climb was well worth it.

Nice family run, very welcoming and got well looked after especially at breakfast, really friendly.

Nothing really you could say everything was a little tired & dated but everything worked & rooms had enough light & space.

Modest room, but only 50 meters to the beach! Includes lido access -- beach lounge chairs, table & umbrella -- and on street parking nearby.

Wonderful location, terrific breakfast and the courtyard was a wonderful work space. Loved the location next to the beach and you have your own reserved lounge chairs and umbrella. Fantastic value, will be back again.

Everything was perfect.

it’s a family run hotel and the proprietor is warm and welcoming, as are the other staff. the hotel is situated almost on the beach and you can hear the waves from the front bedrooms. The breakfast is also very good.

The shower was not very powerful but was adequate and the water was hot.

The hotel is located next to a beach in a quiet neighborhood, providing free sunbeds and parasols. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. The staff is very welcoming and polite. We've stayed with our toddler daughter and very much enjoyed our time.

Lovely property, great location super close to the beach. Great for families and the owner was absolutely amazing!
