Hotel set on a unique property with olive trees, cacti, roaming geese and lights at night. Very good breakfast. Pool area was large and comfortable. Clean rooms and friendly staff. A short 5 minute drive into the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It can be hard to find decent family rooms and the adjoining rooms with double on our side and twin on the other worked great, with a bathroom each too. Could do with a bit more storage so you can all unpack. Lots of ‘empty’ units for the TV and bed side tables. I get that these are a design choice but the footprint could be used for drawers etc. As it was, we were there for three nights and only unpacked for the kids. We lived out of our bags. Beds were comfy and nice linens and towels. Breakfast was the best we had during our two week trip around Puglia. A great selection served down in a nice sunny room with outdoor and indoor space. The pool area was lovely, with choice of shade and sun. Staff at the bar and reception were all v friendly. We didn’t try the restaurant, although it looked nice, the hotel was v quiet mid October and we preferred the town for a bit more atmosphere.

The only downside were the flies. We were there mid October and they meant you couldn’t really sit by the pool for more than a couple of hours without going mad. Also with the distance to Polignano (no more than a 10 min drive) we thought taxis/tuk tuks would be reasonable. We were quoted 70 euros per tuk tuk return, so for a family of 4 would be 140 euros! Insane. We had a car but had hoped to be able to not drive and have a drink but not at that price. Of course this isn’t the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of.

The place is nice, as are the views. Breakfast is great and the restaurant food is tasty. The pool area is quite big and pleasant.

Minor details need improvement. For example, the apartment had a nice wine fridge but no wine glasses. Slippers were available but only in one of the toilets, for half of the guests. The jacuzzi was not clean and the place in general could be cleaner.

Rooms where quite small with no draw space for things Day we had to leave we wasn’t getting picked up until 6pm they said we couldn’t keep room on we had to be out by 11 they said there was shower facilities these where just the pool showers not great to get ready in so had to sit in lobby part and get ready, I didn’t shower but husband did and they was cold and not very good so was disappointed with that! Considering that our first night there we didn’t arrive until 11pm and we paid a lot really for this hotel

The pool area is very relaxing, the staff at the bar are attentive and personable. The morning breakfast was very good, with a large selection of savoury and sweet options.

There is ample parking on site however, the driveway beyond to the hotel is gated and it is not clear how to proceed to the property. The sign indicates to phone, there is no contact via WhatsApp and we had data only. After leaving our suitcases and walking to the hotel lobby, they quite willingly brought us back via golf cart to collect our belongings

The location is ideal—far enough from the busy areas for peace and quiet, yet close enough to reach any destination easily. The sea view rooms offer a stunning panorama of the hills and the sea on the horizon. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the east, overlooking the sea. The staff is friendly, rooms are super clean and maintained. SPA treatments were great as well.

Food is not their specialty. Considering the number of excellent restaurants in the area, the quality here does not compare. We preferred to dine elsewhere.

The only way to get into town without driving is by Tuk Tuk - 70 Euros round trip for 4 people, which adds a lot onto your evening. I know not the fault of the hotel but would be good if they could do a deal for you, or maybe provide transfers.

Rooms were lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent. Pool was beautiful and kept us cool in the day! Breakfast outside was idyllic.

Lack of storage in the room for clothing e.g. drawers. Constant leak underneath the washbasin which wasn't fixed during our stay.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in quiet area near Polignano A Mare. Like the fact the room had a huge balcony. Breakfast was good for Italian standards, but nothing special. Loved the swimming pool area and the convenience of having a pool bar and restaurant where to eat.

Without car it would be quiet expensive to stay here as taxi costs are high. For this price you would expect free shuttle service to city center. No gym which is a pretty standard thing in these kind of hotels

Great pool and grounds.

The road the property is on was very busy. Was unable to walk or run on it safely. We had hoped to do that. The rooms were very small. Lacked basic amenities like water and/coffee in rooms. Limited hours for the restaurant and no other options to purchase food and drinks.
