Very good breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms, close to city center

Even though the hotel has its own parking area and is so close to city center, walking to the center from the hotel is not possible. This is not hotel’s fault, but keep in mind that there is no safe pedestrian way. (Tip: Parking near train station is easy and free)

We were travelling to a destination wedding and needed a stopover location en route to our wedding. We liked the location of Tuo as it was just off the main road, really easy for us to find and get to and offered ample safe parking. They were responsive to my email query when booking, so we knew exactly what to expect and the hotel matched our expectations on arrival. Check in was simple, quick and efficient despite our woeful lack of Italian. We were shown to our room, which was well presented, spacious and immaculately clean. The room had an excellent air conditioning unit, simple to use and controlled the room conditions very well. The shower was powerful and there was abundant hot water. We had an evening meal at their restaurant and despite being fully booked our order came to the table very quickly and the food was excellent. Very tasty and perfectly prepared. We then moved to the bar and had several 'digestif' and retired for an excellent nights' sleep. Breakfast was as advertised, a plentiful continental spread as you would expect, with something for everyone. Again, everything was super fresh and tasty. We had a leisurely breakfast and multiple coffees! The staff were so warm and welcoming, keen to overcome our lack of Italian, sorry! Even though we only stayed there for one night, we felt like they were old friends. We would certainly stay there again if we need a base to explore the region.

Nothing, it was exactly as advertised. A great, honest hotel. Loved it.

The pool area was lovely &the pool clean, Breakfast was plentiful, The reception girl was very helpful her name began with an E but can’t remember it

You couldn’t really walk anywhere from the hotel only by taxi, The bar didn’t open until 6 pm and dinner was after 8pm with a limited menu

The breakfast was great. It was also possible to order speciality coffees during breakfast and the amount of fresh fruit was wonderful. The pool is clean and a good size and there are seating areas inside and outside.

We knew what we were booking and why we booked it. So not anything that was not to our expectations. It is a good hotel.

The pool, the large rooms, the friendly concierge. And the quiet! The breakfast has tremendously improved since we stayed there last year. Big plus!

A bit pricey, but we got a great deal. The breakfast room could look a a bit more welcoming…

Great position with a lovely sea view balcony, easy to find and plenty of secure on site parking. Very large room and excellent breakfast selection

Our bathroom was a little cramped to be honest but functional. We had noise late at night but that was not really the hotels problem just other inconsiderate guests

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good and rich (the best croissants we ever had), the pool area is also very nice :) Plenty of secure parking space at the hotel property! The price for the night is also very affordable.

The room facilities are a bit outdated, the balcony was not possible to use because of the smokers from other rooms and very noisy highway right in front of the hotel. It is not possible to walk from the hotel to the sea or the city centre, only by car!

Clean modern pool with comfortable loungers. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

The triple room is a bit tight for 2 adults and a teenager. Close to polignano a mare but not really suitable to walk.

The swimming pool & hotel area is great.

Disappointed you couldn’t walk into the town, you need to have a car. A few nights it was quite noisy.

Ample parking available on site. As we arrived in Bari on a late evening flight & didn't arrive @ the hotel till after midnight, the 24 hour check in was great for us. Breakfast was very good & the staff were very attentive, helpful & ensured everything was replenished & available. It wasn't swimming weather but the pool area looked inviting. The bed was very comfortable & two pillow choices were provided which was excellent
