I booked for two nights and extended my stay with the host, Igor, for another two. The location was great. The room was comfortable with nice and cold air conditioning. I liked the balcony. Easy access from the train station as I did not have a car. I walked daily to the Pompei Archeological Park - and the entrance this hotel is near is not the main entrance with all the busses and coaches, so much less crowded. I plan to stay there next time!

The card key makes a noise when entering the room - and while there were only a few rooms, a few times I heard people entering their room.

We stayed in the garden room which was quiet and tidy. Everything was well organized and easy for us. We were very comfortable and happy to stay here our last 2 nights in Italy. The balcony overlooking the garden was a real treat to have.

The room is almost perfect. What could be improved, though, is if the bedside lamp could have warm/yellow light inside of bright white light. The bathroom could also do with an additional small/warm yellow light for night use for those who are sensitive to bright light.

Location was amazing, right on the main square and a ten minute walk to the Pompei ruins. Room was lovely, very clean and modern. The owner was lovely, he was so helpful. Supplied us with anything we needed and helped with directions to where we wanted to go.

There is a shared fridge in the main reception area but an individual one in the rooms would be nice. Our bathroom smelt a bit and we couldn’t get rid of the smell.

Perfect location in lovely Pompei. Lovely balcony to watch the street below. Host was very responsive and efficient.

The shower wasn’t the best - sprayed everywhere but we figured out how to use it so not a train smash

Located in old town, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. The host was really friendly and communicative. The room was really beautiful, the balcony was also big and had a view on the Garden.

The location was very convenient to travel from and made a good central hub for our stay. Lots of amenities close by such as restaurants and cafés (lots of choice). The owners were EXCEPTIONAL and catered to every request as best they could and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The communication was fantastic and all of our requests were dealt with incredibly quickly. We did not have breakfast within the property but this was a personal choice as there was so many places we wished to try in the area. The property is great value for money and would be more than happy to recommend this to anyone as well as stay here again.

The Wi-Fi connection would disconnect from time to time in the far rooms but while a bit annoying. There wasn’t much that could be done by the owner due to where the connection was located. Did not impact our stay but something to consider.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is very good. Although we didn't meet the owner, but we could talk to her at any time. He was very nice. The room is nice and pleasant. Soundproof window is a great idea, because the nightlife is a bit loud. It's good that there was a small balcony.

The neighbours are very loud. The cold and hot water sometimes changed. The wi-fi doesn't connect, the signal was wery weak, and my own mobil internet was shadowed by the room.

Great location with easy access to tube stations, safe neighbourhood, restaurants, bar and church close to the apartment.

Need more toilet paper if going in groups. But when we asked the host she provided us straight away the next day.

The staff are nice and will clean the room daily. (Towel fee) it’s pretty quiet. The location is right down the street from the public square. And the street in front is closed off to traffic except for people who live on that block. So people walking everywhere at night. At least in the summer.

This isn’t a problem for me. Just making a note for people who may have mobility issues. There is no elevator and the beautiful room I stayed in is on the second floor.
