Comfortable bed, clean room, FANTASTIC view on the balcony of downtown Pompei and the mountains. We nearly rushed through a delicious dinner so we could get back to the B&B and enjoy drinks on the balcony. Andrea is an excellent host and kind person. He picked us up from the Naples airport after our train was cancelled (lesson learned - trains are very unreliable, take him up on his offer for a taxi transfer to Pompei), made sure our room was comfortable, WiFi connected, and brought us a lovely breakfast on our balcony the next morning. This was the best service experience we’ve had anywhere we’ve travelled. The location is central and walking distance to every restaurant in town and a 25 min walk or quick drive to Pompei Scavi.

Nothing, we completely recommend staying here. I can’t imagine better accommodations with a more personal touch than what Andrea provides.

Very good location and ambience. Host (Andrea) was very helpful and very nice. He responds to message via what's app very quickly and would come straight away if needed. Bed is very comfortable. Good size of room. Balcony with view of Mt. Vesuvius and the town. It is right in the centre but not too crowded. Andrea helped us from the moment we arrived until we left. There is no parking right next to the building, but Andrea assisted on where to park. Had a ride with his motorbike ! He gave us tips where to get the best food in town. It is also walking distance from .Pompei ruins and the Basilica. We only stayed for a night as a stop over for our long road trip to Puglia. Next time we go back to Pompei, we will definitely stay here again. I already recommend to my friends about the place.in case they visit Pompei.

Just the water pressure in the shower it gets cold and hot. I'm not sure if the entire apartments in the building have the same issue, but it did not affect our stay.

The B&B is really well situated - 10 mins walk from the ruins, 2 mins from the train station, and on a pedestrianised road. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was fantastic, croissants, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt. Will cater to your requirements . Every room has a balcony ours had 2 which was fabulous one of the street the other of Mount Vesuvius Andrea is an exceptional host, made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We went on a tour to the Almalfi coast with Andrea, and it was amazing. I can't fault the host, location or Pompeii.

Wasn't a long enough stay

All the praise about B&B and the supremely kind owner is well deserved, Andrea really is the perfect innkeeper! I made a late evening booking after an Airbnb disaster and Andrea received me with perfect hospitality on a very short notice. I ended up booking 3 more nights at his B&B, and everything here is outstanding value. The breakfast is delicious with everything fresh and delivered with a smile, the location is perfect and the B&B is on the 4th floor, so even the busy street below becomes humming ambience so you’ll sleep well. Pompei Palace B&B is truly outstanding and Andrea’s exceptional hospitality makes the stay a happy memory from Pompei.

I liked everything

So many great things to say about the Pompei Palace B&B, from the location, to the ample-sized, well-appointed room, to the decor to the delicious breakfast. But the highlight of our trip was Andrea, our affable host. Truly, he is born to be an inkeeper/host, and I can't imagine there is a better one in all of Pompei. He is such a charming and warm person, dedicated to his guests satisfaction. It would have been a great stay with another host; Andrea made it EXCEPTIONAL. If you stay in Pompei, you must stay at the Pompei Palance B&B!

Our host Andrea was the best part! The grey room was adorably decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was the classic B&B meal consisting yogurt, croissant, cured meat, cappuccino, etc prepared by Andrea. He was very helpful, accommodating, and warm!! He also provided a ride for us to the Naples airport for less than we would’ve paid a taxi. We were in walking distance to the ruins of Pompeii. The walk is pleasant with wide sidewalks. The room had a view of the city and Vesuvio. Andrea is the best!! Do not hesitate to book direct with him as it will be cheaper. You can reach him through What’s App.

Well located for Pompei archaeological park, it was great for a one night stay. Everywhere was clean and well looked after with adequate facilities. Breakfast was great with a good selection. Our host Andrea was superb and couldn’t have done more for us. He really went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

The area was a little noisy at night. I think if staying as just a couple it would be fine, but the noise from the main street below could keep children awake. Also, the guest bed for our two children (age 12 & 9) was a bit small.

Friendly and easy check in. Andrea was a great host offering tips on parking, restaurants and shopping. He made us a tasty breakfast with a delicious cappuccino that rivals Starbucks! The bedroom is spacious and there are two balconies with views of Vesuvius, the churches, pedestrian street, etc. Finally, The Internet was excellent for streaming so I could watch my favorite game.

Nothing apart from the workers in the city who started banging away early in the morning. This happens a lot in Europe!

The location of the Pompei Palace is fantastic! It is a couple of minutes walk from the Sanctuary & 5 minutes walk from the Pompei Archeological Site. The room I occupied had a balcony which I enjoyed sitting on.The room was large, comfortable with excellent WiFi & AC! There is a fridge in the room which was very useful for keeping drinks chilled!- the host of the Pompei Palace is very friendly & helpful. He is available to drive at reasonable rates. This made a huge difference to me. Andrea drove me by car to a further away entrance to the Archeological site where I was meeting my guide. It was a very hot day & the long walk would have been difficult. Andrea took me on a wonderful trip to the Breathtakingly beautiful Amalfi coast & Sorrento.On my last day Andrea drove me to Naples airport. I highly recommend Pompei Palace B & B & would definitely stay there again.Bravo!

Mother (70 Yr old) and daughter staying 1 night. Easy walk from airport shuttle drop off point. Very close to pompeii ruins entrance (5 min walk). Beautiful Cathedral very close by. Easy to book tourist bus to climb Vesuvius.. Andrea was one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He even said he would drive us to Sorrento for little money, he worked the times to transfer in with us being able to get the most out of our day. Dropping us right beside our sorrento accommodation, and leaving us saying if we needed him to transfer to naples just phone. What more can you say an absolutely beautiful person.
