Very friendly staff. Good location as a little out of the main town square, so it was very quieter than would/ should have been in the centre. As we arrived late at night the hotel arranged a taxi pick up for us at good price. If you arrive late in the evening (we arrived at 9.40pm), the taxi charges an extra €20 night rate. Very close to one of the train stations in Pompei and bus stop.

Our room 112, a triple room, was near to the main reception area. People tended to sit there and talk. Therefore, it was quite noisy at night when trying to get to sleep early to get up early the next morning for the sites. I would ask for a room away from the reception or on the second floor.

Excellent location, didn't realise pompei was so big, plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, 3 train stations all the above within walking distance, appartment was a quiet location which was great, just of a lane & straight into the amenities. Pompei central to travel to all sites from sorrento to naples,Rome, salerno, mt vesuvius you , can see from the apartment, pompei ruins literally is 15min walk. Best of all the host at the appartment Anna cannot thank enough for the advise & information before we got to the appartment & during our stay, where to go, searched for tickets, train time tables nothing was to much trouble. The garden was lovely, quiet, nice to sit out in when not sightseeing & the pool added bonus.

It's a modern building in a great location. The pool area is a little haven. A big thanks to Anna the receptionist you went above and beyond with organising transport, tickets and valuable information about Pompeii. So a big 👍 to Anna.

It needed a coffee pot or machine. You can buy espresso from reception but I would have preferred to make it in the apartment. If I had to be picky the apartment need a lamp or two because the main light is really too bright. A picture on the wall, a coffee table and some cushions would make it feel a bit more homely as it was very stark

Amazing location just a 15 walk from the train station and 5-10 mins into all the restaurants plus access to Pompeii 15 min walk. So peaceful and relaxing, we had the pool area to ourselves too! The rooms are really modern and renovated. Everyone was super friendly!

Nothing really, it could do with a full length mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom. We had to buy a towel for the pool and I think they could look at having pool towels to rent but it was only 6 euros. Nothing in the fridge when you arrive but there is a vending machine to buy water etc. Randomly our patio door opened to a fire escape which was actually across the door, didn’t make a difference really but only impacts one room (24).

The room was very large and spacious, with a fridge. I had a patio which was nice to sit out on. The air conditioning was excellent in my room. Much needed in the heat (I am Scottish 🥵). The whole place was kept very clean. All the staff were very friendly, especially Anna and the lady who shared her icecream with us 😁. The pool and garden were lovely.

Most places with pools lend out pool towels, we had to buy them. It was reasonable though at only €6. I just wish I'd had space for it in my case when I left.

This Hotel is a hidden little oasis in Pompei... tucked away nicely behind the main High St...little 5 minute walk and your on the main High St ...10 minute walk and your outside the Cathedral Square....15 minutes from Hotel and your at the Amphitheatre entrance to the Pompei Ruins The Hotel had had a major refurbishment and it looks amazing, rooms are clean, modern, spacious and fresh with a great AC unit, little fridge freezer, TV and ample sockets and a fully equipped bathroom with power shower. This is a lovely, family owned and run hotel and ALL the staff were so polite and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them... Antonio was an amazing host... so helpful with travel plans, recommending places to visit and eat out at. The pool area is great, has one main pool surrounded by an abundance of sun loungers and even has a shaded bbq cooking area. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough wether your enjoying a short break or a longer vacation.

Perfect for a couple nights whilst visiting Pompeii. Large, clean, modern room, decent shower, easy parking, great aircon, walking distance to Pompeii. The pool and garden area was a real highlight, prettier than the photos and perfect for a few hours relaxation after sightseeing. Close to shops and restaurants, we loved the restaurant recommendation of I Matti.

Pastries and coffee to purchase at the property would have made it perfect. Coffee shop was only a short walk but it would have been lovely to purchase breakfast and eat it in the garden.

Very spacious room, friendly staff, good pool / garden area. Vending machine well stocked with snacks / drinks / booze, all chilled. Good location, short walk from Town.

Room was great, very spacious. But, furniture needed a little TLC. Basic flat pack furniture set up with loose / faulty joints causing it to be unsteady / rocky. Lack of decor in rooms, personal preference perhaps, but large plain walls felt like they needed some decor.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely and clean, well maintained and a welcome relief after a hot day sightseeing. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's in a residential street, so nice and quiet.

This is just constructive criticism and not meant to put you off going - the apartment is a little too sparse to really be an apartment. It could do with a few homely touches like bedside lamps, more seating, a kettle or coffee maker and a decent hairdryer.

Perfect apartment near the Pompei center, walking distance to archeological park and also to the center. Swimming pool in the garden opposite with several shades and beds. Free parking place near the apartment Air conditioner in the whole object Owners onsite very helpful Drinks vending machine onsite Good (comfortable) beds - the kings bed - the collapsible sofa was not very comfortable at all.

We suggest to make the kitchen more equipped also suggest to add bigger refrigerator - that on our room was good for some bottles of drink and not for longer stay. Missing balkony - our room was missing the balkony so it was harder to dry the swimming suits and towels. It would be nice if there is a possibility to order a food onsite - small restaurant around would be nice.
