The hostess was very friendly and helpful, ready to help at all times. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the location was very central, there were supermarkets and restaurants open until late, which worried us since we arrived later than 11 p.m. There is a pizzeria next door "L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Pompei", everyone there is very helpful and the food is exquisite. As for breakfast, it took place in a pastry shop near the apartment, it was a 5-minute walk away and it was called Garibbaldi. Everything there was delicious and the value for money was also very good, we had a bonus ticket where we had included coffee and some pastries. We came back in the afternoon to buy more 😊

Everything was fine, the only thing that bothered one of my friends was that the bathroom extractor fan turned on along with the light, it was not independent, so if you wanted to just turn on the light at night and others were sleeping it could be a nuisance for the rest of the group. Also because it took about 5 minutes for the sound to go away after turning off the light. , if you are lightsleeper, bring earplugs because it located on a street where many vehicles pass by, even at night.

Was a perfectly small property. Walking distance to the heart of Pompeii. Rooms were super clean. Included breakfast at An amazing bakery right downstairs. There’s a little market/deli/restaurant right across the street that had the best food in Pompeii for a quick bite was called Melius Salumeria con cucina. Great to grab lunch/dinner.

Firstly, host was the absolutely incredible. So friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful/accomodating! She greeted us on arrival and had the most beautiful energy! The place itself was very new and clean - felt safe. We all felt welcomed into the apartment - it had everything we needed! It was quite newly done so everything was in GREAT condition. Beds extremely comfortable and bathroom pristine!

The room was nice, modern and clean. The doors and electricity operated with card like in a hotel. Everything was close to it. A cozy roof terrace belonged to the place.

Nobody waited for us when we arrived although we sent the arrival time in advance. After calling the given phone number, somebody arrived in 15 minutes, but she spoke only italian, so we could not understand each other.

The place is very cleanAnd very big. excellent service. I was with my vegan daughter and when we arrived they took care of a vegan pastry for her. I highly recommend full value for money and a pleasant and inviting place.

Location was perfect, 12 minutes walk from the Pompeii entrance, however it was the section VII entrance. If you want to start the Pompeii ruins experience, start from the other side. The breakfast at Gabbiano was awesome. The room is clean and large enough for us (a family of four - children aged 9 and 1,5). At the last night I realised they have an espresso machine downstairs, which was perfect. They also have free parking, I drove a Renault Traffic - a nine seater - and it fits in the parking lot. Thank you.

Exactly as advertised. Modern interior, comfy & clean. Good contact from the host. Good value. The breakfast voucher for the nearby cafe were greatly appreciated and the cafe had a huge & impressive selection of delightful cakes.

Coffee/tea machine sited on the ground floor by the front door, however one in the room would be better. Sound insulation between rooms could be improved as passionate encounters next door were heard several times in the night 😆

Big and clean rooms, equipped with everything I needed (fridge, coffee). The host was very attentive and friendly. Calm and modern place, nice terrace. Breakfast in a cafeteria was delicious.
