Excellent support from the staff, especially Simon and Immanuel. Both of them — particularly Simon — went to great lengths to help us book tickets to visit some iconic places. Without their assistance, we might have missed out on those experiences. They not only arranged taxis but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. The kitchen staff were like a team of busy bees during breakfast, cheerfully serving whatever we asked for, always with a big smile. It was a lovely stay — a very neat and clean place with a great view.

The hotel is extremely clean, located right off the highway. Close to the city center, 15 minutes walk. The hotel staff is friendly. The breakfast is good, everything you would expect is available. Maybe not enough space at a certain time and the tables in the dining room are not arranged properly. Two or three tables for two people, the rest are placed in a group for more people. Overall, a very great experience, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Fabulous stopover place - really clean and good quality - staff excellent Room on the small, side but very well equipped, and had a balcony which was good. I'm not sure it would work for a longer stay, but for 2- 3 nights, it's perfect. It's really clean and great housekeeping. Room was very high spec. Bed v comfortable. Breakfast is good but not excessive.. The parking was great, and the restaurant recommendation was outstanding! Cannot fault it! Great value for money..

From the time of arrival ,the smiling faces on reception and all the lovely staff . They all wished us to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They recommended us a couple of restaurants which were great . You could request a kettle free of charge ,We asked for one, and when we got back to our room an hour later, it was there with a tea selection. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed and we had a room with a balcony which was really nice . Thank you, Hotel Mairui and team for our wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel located about a 15 minute walk from the archeological site. Rooms were comfortable and clean and a good size. The included breakfast was good and they make great coffee. It was easy to park our car with plenty of car parks and a lift straight from there to reception and the rooms. There is a great restaurant across the road and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk if you don’t want to go into the centre.

Great Location for visiting the historic Pompei site and using as a base to explore the surrounding region, a short walk to the train station with a good train service to the major locations Naples, Salerno, Sorrento etc The staff were very friendly/happy and very helpful, always on hand to help us and went out of their way to help us. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept, great views of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was good with all that you need to start your day.

This was our second stay at Hotel Maiuri Pompeii, and once again, it proved to be the perfect choice—especially after our long drive from Messina, Sicily to Rome. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, with a special thanks to Andrea, who went above and beyond to assist us both times. The hotel is clean, the breakfast offers a generous spread, and the free parking is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Hotel Maiuri Pompei. Travelling 4 adults, we booked two twin rooms. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms with good size balconies and a view of Vesuvius. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options; fresh fruit, croissants, variety of traditional breakfast cakes, hot breakfast (eggs, bacon …) and cold meat & cheese selection, freshly cooked bread. Have to mention coffee was superb. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you especially to Andrea. Andrea gave us great advice of which places to visit in the area and helped with transportation to get to Almalfi coast when public transport was on strike. We didn't have a car but hotel location was perfect for us. Quiet location, just 15 min walk from city centre, train station, restaurants and bars. It worked perfectly for us. Pompei is a wonderful place but we also visited Naples, Solerno, Almalfi & Positano.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Any needs that we had were quick to be addressed. The rooms and hotel itself was very clean. It was also within walking distance of the Pompeii city ruins and the city center as well. The complimentary breakfast was also wonderful.

It’s about a 30 minute walk from the Pompeii ruins but if you’re okay with walking that, you’ll have no problems. The rooms are a little small so I would recommend here for smaller groups of 2-4 people. Those are just small things, overall I have no bad things to say about the property!

The reception staff were so nice! I wish I got the names of the two guys but extremely welcoming and big smiles which was great to see.

The lady at breakfast didn’t understand what I said and I was kind of confused on the food options and the eggs etc were cold but other than that it was fine.
