We stayed here for one night, before taking the ferry to Malta and it was an excellent choice. It’s very close to the beach (5 min walk), nearby local restaurants and supermarkets are down the road. Having read the reviews beforehand, it was just as we expected and the staff were very welcoming, with good communication via text message. Smooth check in. The room was big and spacious, including an indoor courtyard with a fridge to keep food and drinks cool. Breakfast was a nice spread too! We were very fortunate as the owner kindly offered us a lift to the port to catch our ferry the next day and looked after our bags after we checked out.

Room was overall clean, although could use some fresh paint in a few places. The private interior courtyard compensated for the lack of a view. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, a power outlet adapter was provided on request. Breakfast was basic but get's the job done and quality was good.

Some parts of the room, especially the shower and bathroom in general, seem rather dated and could really use a renovation.

- the shower could use a rubber mat as it was very slippery - not being high season, parking near the accommodation wasn't a complete hassle. But in high season it can become an ordeal if you want to park your car as close to the accommodation as possible - the accommodation is located in a touristic zone near the sea so on weekends, especially Saturdays, expect noise to continue well in the early hours

Cabrera House was very clean and our room was huge Our host was very kind and met us with a smile when we arrived quite late at night The breakfast was very good and the dining area opened out onto a large balcony overlooking the street Our room was very quiet but our son had a room next door and he was disturbed by noises To be expected as we were situated in Pozzallo itself Very short walk to the beach and restaurants

Parking was a little tricky to find. No sea views if that is what you are expecting

The property is located right in the centre of Pozzallo very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. We were given a warm welcome even though we checked in late. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Thankyou. Everything was perfect. Will recommend this to our friends:)

The hosts are very nice, the breakfast is pretty decent, there is a small roof terrace and it is perfectly located. Very close to the beach and a very good pizza place (GoPizza) is only 50m away. A big plus are the window shades as you can black out the room entirely.

The bathroom was a bit smelly at times but after taking a shower it was all good again.

Very good location, near city centre. Very clean, you have everything you might need for few nights. Also the breakfast was very good.

My room had a window facing the street which was very noisy. You could hear all the cars and motorbikes until late night and again early in the morning. I had to sleep with earplugs.

It is a great location, a beautifully kept property and breakfast was amazing! Tea/coffee/ juice/ cereal/ croissants/ apple cake, meat cheese fresh rolls, tomatoes, boiled eggs etc The hosts were so lovely and very helpful! Highly recommend staying here ❤️ It’s very close to station too!!

Enrico and Giovanni made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. They obviously take a lot of pride in their accommodation. The room was nice and like an apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. Big, fluffy towels. It was within easy reach of the station and we enjoyed taking the train to Ragusa, Scicli and Siracusa. We walked from the ferry. A nice beach (blue flag).

No complaints at all but although we'd been told there are lots of nice restaurants we found it quite hard to find somewhere we really wanted to eat. I think we were probably just unlucky and didn't look in the right places!

The Manager Gianni and Enrico. Couldn’t do enough to make your stay better. I had an early departure so Enrico got up early and organized breakfast for me 😁 Gianni drove me to the station twice 😀

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was like a family run small boutique hotel. Basic but adequate.
