Absolutely everything! The staff were over the top amazing, they treated me like everyone wishes they could be treated arriving in a new city alone at night. Just fantastic, all of them and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, amazing people. The breakfast was fantastic too, really well done. The room was absolutely spotless with the perfectly weighted duvet for the season and 4 crisp white pillows. The toiletries were well thought out and the smell was lovely, even conditioner for your hair! Rare find. I was pretty flustered when I got there, they poured me a glass of wine and I took it to my room. Absolutely loved this place. They even had a guy take me to buy bus tickets and translate, he looked after me so well, they all did!! I can't thank you enough!

This was perfect for our night in Pozzallo after arriving from Malta by ferry. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. The breakfast room was very nice and very impressive given the room price wasn't very expensive! The lady on reception was super helpful and friendly and made everything very easy for us after a long day in Valletta followed by the ferry. She answered all our questions about our upcoming train travel, she looked up a good pizza place that would still be open and would deliver, and she then ordered it for us herself! We couldn't have asked for a better start to our time in Sicily.

Nothing but the fact that we were heading straight to Syracuse the next day and wouldn't have time to explore Pozzallo which we learned is a very popular summer holiday spot.

Very modern and clean hotel. Staff was multilingual and very accommodating. We had an early ferry before breakfast so they put together takeaway bags for us. The leak in the morning made coffee for us out the door. Lots of plug ins. Parking in front of hotel. Drying racks in the room that you can put out on the balcony, if you need to dry things out. This was an oasis on a trip filled with some old funky places.

The loud fan in the bathroom came on with the light.

Booked 1 night to take ferry to Malta on the next day early morning. Location is very good for this sort of thing. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hotel is modern, clean and had all the amenities one would need.

I cannot complain about anything. It was a very good experience.

Clean and well organised Hotel, great room with balcony and stocked minibar and breakfast is 10/10. The staff can't wait to help you, and everyone is really friendly and approachable. This was my second stay at this hotel it felt like home, and definitely, it won't be my last one. Good breakfast. Good location with in walking distance to shop, restaurants and sea promenade. Secure online parking garage and also parking in front of hotel is an extra bonus. Spotless and clean room, very helpful staff. I recommend travellers looking for a relaxing stay at this hotel.

breakfast was very good and with excellent service for coffee. Comfort, cleanliness and facilities were excellent as well as friendly staff at the reception, bar and restaurant.

We had a major setback because other friends were staying at the hotel on the same days that we stayed and were there at 15% less in the room rates. When questioned the hotel management advised that our friends booked in May when a promotion of - 15% was on and others booked directly and not through booking.com. We were told that next time we should book direct to get a better rate. We have an email from the hotel to this effect which we can share with booking.com if necessary. We felt that since we were staying at the hotel on the same dates we should have also had the 15% discount. We have been told that the hotel cannot effect refunds and we can try to get the refund from Booking.

This was an overnight stay on my way between Malta and moving on to Siracusa. Very helpful staff. I had to leave before breakfast but the staff made sure I could take from fruit with me. Good value for money and I could consider staying here again.
