Clean stafff the breakfast lady and Manuela is an asset hep me a lot print out of places to visit guide s direction and she even drop me to modi a savage noticed I was bored in pozzallo …never heard about a person like let alone a receptionist… Manuella is a great asset to the hotel and to the company itself I cannot say anything more .. kind professional caring and go beyond what is expected of her … for all the good deeds she’s done to me … for me as a mere guest in the hotel … please pass this message to Manuella best person I have encountered and I travelled a lot around the world … she’s priceless ..keep it up Maniella and promote her and don’t let her go … people of this kind is to keep and valued

The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The hotel seemed almost new and was spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable of our trip so far. The shower was excellent with very good water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Nothing really. The location seemed a bit out of town when we arrived in the evening but we were recommended a pizza restaurant just round the corner which turned out to be a good experience. When we walked around the town the following day, it was a short walk to the beach and shortish to the town centre.

Absolutely everything! The staff were over the top amazing, they treated me like everyone wishes they could be treated arriving in a new city alone at night. Just fantastic, all of them and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, amazing people. The breakfast was fantastic too, really well done. The room was absolutely spotless with the perfectly weighted duvet for the season and 4 crisp white pillows. The toiletries were well thought out and the smell was lovely, even conditioner for your hair! Rare find. I was pretty flustered when I got there, they poured me a glass of wine and I took it to my room. Absolutely loved this place. They even had a guy take me to buy bus tickets and translate, he looked after me so well, they all did!! I can't thank you enough!

In my experience, Pozzallo does not have great hotels. This was a lovely find and a surprise. Very new. Immaculate. Right on the edge of town and so easy to get parking. Good value for money and I would certainly go back. I don't like hard beds and the bed was hard but had good pillows. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast room not open until 8 but a staff member made me a coffee at 0700 in the bar at least.

Hotel 1921 is a modern hotel that is situated approximately 7 minute walk from the beachfront area. We found all the hotel staff we met to be efficient,friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet,spacious and very clean. The public areas are also very clean and clutter free. Well run hotel. Would definitely stay at Hotel 1921 again

This was perfect for our night in Pozzallo after arriving from Malta by ferry. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. The breakfast room was very nice and very impressive given the room price wasn't very expensive! The lady on reception was super helpful and friendly and made everything very easy for us after a long day in Valletta followed by the ferry. She answered all our questions about our upcoming train travel, she looked up a good pizza place that would still be open and would deliver, and she then ordered it for us herself! We couldn't have asked for a better start to our time in Sicily.

Nothing but the fact that we were heading straight to Syracuse the next day and wouldn't have time to explore Pozzallo which we learned is a very popular summer holiday spot.

A really outstanding hotel, with excellent staff. We used it both before and after the Malta ferry. Rooms are standard hotel rooms, but good quality, and overall it's just an excellent hotel. Really useful to have secure parking under the hotel. Nice breakfast with a range of options. Without question the best place in Pozzallo.

Very modern and clean hotel. Staff was multilingual and very accommodating. We had an early ferry before breakfast so they put together takeaway bags for us. The leak in the morning made coffee for us out the door. Lots of plug ins. Parking in front of hotel. Drying racks in the room that you can put out on the balcony, if you need to dry things out. This was an oasis on a trip filled with some old funky places.

The loud fan in the bathroom came on with the light.

Booked 1 night to take ferry to Malta on the next day early morning. Location is very good for this sort of thing. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hotel is modern, clean and had all the amenities one would need.

I cannot complain about anything. It was a very good experience.

Clean and well organised Hotel, great room with balcony and stocked minibar and breakfast is 10/10. The staff can't wait to help you, and everyone is really friendly and approachable. This was my second stay at this hotel it felt like home, and definitely, it won't be my last one. A particular mention goes to Giorgia and Luciano whom couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Many thanks 1921 and see you in July. Antonino I
