very good very nice big parking italian coffee altente very close to the city

the pool was amazing, the hotel very clean, we had a great couple of days and they have a huge parking.

when staying on first floor the door downstairs you could hwar banging each time someone came in.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 8 years and the service and cleanliness have remained the same and exceptional. The Owner is very helpful. Reception was always available at any time. Parking is very secure.

This is very important because the shower head was not removable and my wife had a problem did not want to wet her hair and had difficulty to wash. I did not notice this until I went in the shower as otherwise would have asked to change the room as I am sure we never found this problem when there. Secondly they should look into the fact that the way the shower door open, I could not get in and out so easily with my build

I got an upgrade from the nearby Tivoli hotel, so not complaints there. Breakfast was really good.

Okay, one complaint then. In a four star hotel one would expect a complementary bottle of drinking water

Our room was newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. It was readily warmed up for us which was a plus. Good parking facilities. Courteous staff and decent breakfast.

Very clean hotel. Big And empty Parking Lot. Very nice room. Most of the stuff knows english enough to get okay communication. Great breakfest.

In room above was very loud. You can hear footsteps, they dropped something on floor. Very bad isolation between rooms. And somebody from staff was very rude, I asked something on English and got eeee as response.

Food & pool was good. Ample parking.

Hotel should have a self service drink and snack machine as there is nothing avaliable.

Beautiful location and very quiet area. Who is travelling by car is very good because they have a very big parking area.

Nice bright airy rooms. Clean, comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Nice parking facilities. All you want from a hotel to be able to have a restfull evening after a hectic day.

Nothing negative to say, Just a tiny improvement would be if two or three more shampoo and soap sachets were made available in the bathroom.
