Extremely kind and accommodating proprietor who kindly allowed us to check in quite early. Our room was clean, very large and quite comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and we were able to eat outside where we had full view of the beautiful property. In all, a wonderful stay.

The only negative comment we have to make is about the WiFi which was not very good and often did not allow us to stream anything from the internet.

Excellent location, just far enough from the madding vehicles and hustle of the city. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Impeccably clean, beautifully kept surroundings, ample parking space. Good continental breakfast, including fruit, yogurts, cereals, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, croissants, cakes. Served by the pool. One can book dinner as well.

The flies in the room. Maid must have left the bathroom window open while cleaning before our arrival. Once flies were dispensed with, we had no more hustle. We made sure that if the bathroom window is slightly open, then the bathroom door is closed.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property’s grounds are very well kept. It has a beautiful, huge and clean pool with a shallow part for children. Parking is very easy. Breakfast is a good mix of continental and a few English breakfast items. It is situated a few minutes drive from Pozzallo’s town Centre.

Rooms are spotless and with a lovely outdoor terrace, bed very comfortable. Pool area is beautiful with a well-manicured garden. Both dinner and breakfast are excellent with generous choices and portions.

There was nothing not to like.

Well maintained hotel with large guest room, the breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choice. The staff was both friendly adn helpful. Gave a us a nice recommendation for a dinner. The pool was clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. Ideal for families as it allowed the kids to run.

Ideally you need a car - however the parking is free.

The breakfast was good, help yourself buffet with hot and cold choices. Large pool with lovely garden around it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and fresh with a small balcony. We had dinner in the hotel which was good and the service was good.

There are no shops bars or restaurants nearby and You can’t walk from the hotel into Pozzallo so need a car or taxi

We booked at the last minute since our ferry was cancelled and postponed to the following day, and I could not be any happier to have made this choice. Stumbled upon this hotel by accident and from what we saw it is worth visiting for a full holiday. Room was superb, view is to die for, the pool area is massive and the breakfast is just exceptional. Ample parking space is also available, which always helps!

everything was perfect, rooms were very clean, fresh breakfast, service with a smile and the location is really good. highly recommended. also they fulfilled my request to get some flowers for my partner and everything was co ordinated perfectly

there was nothing to dislike in this hotel as it was like feeling at home always smiling and happy to serve

Beautiful pool and easy parking

Breakfast was disappointing in terms of the selection of fresh fruit and vegetables on offer. The restaurant was good but didn't change the limited menu whilst we were there.

The place was very beautiful, clean and convenient. We arrived late to Pazzalo and it was perfect for us. Very nice food in the restaurant, spacious room, beautiful garden, place for kids to run. Amazing breakfast in the morning. They also had beautiful kittens!
