The breakfast which was included was delicious and served in a lovely room with the most beautiful views of the coast. Salvatore and his family were so courteous, warm and welcoming and helpful. It made the stay very special. Everyday fresh pastries and fruit as well as eggs. the fresh orange juice was the best I've ever had. After breakfast we were set for day of exploring. Compared to many places on the busy Amalfi coast , this was excellent value.

The coast is very hilly. That is what makes it beautiful but be prepared to walk up steps and steps to find your favourite view or dining spot. Getting a seat on the local buses can be challenging as they are filled up with locals. Taxis are very expensive. But it's part of the experience!

MUST READ: This place is located just 20 minutes from Amalfi—far enough to avoid the tourist chaos, yet close enough to easily visit. The bus stop is only 20 meters from the house, and the view is absolutely stunning. All the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials you might need. Salvatore and his parents run this beautiful B&B and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Every morning, his mom and dad prepare the best breakfast, with fresh fruit from his father’s garden and a variety of homemade Italian pastries—baked fresh each morning by his mom. Salvatore’s father also created a gorgeous rooftop garden with one of the most breathtaking views you’ll ever see. They’re some of the kindest people you’ll probably meet on your entire trip. The local shops and restaurants nearby offer amazing food at great prices. Long story short: after staying here, you’ll want to come back just to tell others exactly what I’ve written.

The ratings we can give the B&B Pavone are not high enough! Salvatore and his family made us feel so welcome on our honeymoon, and they gave us some great information for our trip to make it easier. The breakfast was the best part of our day. Salvatore was so accommodating and made everything really special. We would recommend everyone stay here if you are visiting Amalfi, you won't find another place to stay as nice as this! Our room was super clean and tidied up daily by the wonderful staff. They brought us milk and water to the room when. We needed it and even gave us some washing powder to wash some clothes. They gave us lifts in and out of town and advised us on the great local restaurants and beaches. We were welcomed to breakfast with a smile everyday. Thanks so much to you ❤️

Absolutely nothing at all

The rooms standard is great, with attention to detail you'll see through decoration and everyday cleaning. The ceramics in the rooms and balconies are the icing on top of that beautiful cake. The garden is truly majestic, and when you add the wonderful panoramic view of the Amalfi coast there's really nothing more one could ask for. The owners are some of the most amazing people we've met in our lives - you'll be welcomed with utmost care and attention to detail. Throughout the stay they're always there to offer you advice or help you out with your needs. They'll treat you almost as if you were part of the family, not just another guest at their lovely B&B. I tried my best, but what I really recommend is for you to go yourself, because no words can really describe the experience that awaits!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Il Pavone. It is so comfortable and Salvatore and his family made us feel at home. Our room was lovely with a sunny balcony & the most amazing views. The breakfasts were wonderful. The terraced garden had spectacular views, it really is a very peaceful haven perched above the Tyrrhenian Sea. A very pretty beach close by and good restaurants within walking distance.

The public transport to the B&B is tricky, the buses are often full and thus unavailable It would be a good idea to have an arrangement with a local taxi

What a beautiful property!! The gardens, the view, the owners, all beautiful. We were treated like family, and the breakfasts were quite a spread. We all looked forward to them. The rooms were spotless, the AC worked great, and we enjoyed our balcony overlooking the sea. The service we got there was the best we had our whole trip, and thatvis saying something. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

We travelled the property in April and can’t recommend the property enough. First and foremost the hosts were the most amazing and helpful people we have ever met. We had a bit of a medical emergency while we were there and they supported us in every way they could even if they didn’t have to. They went out of their way to help us and make our stay comfortable. The property itself is ideal. 5 mins drive from main Amalfi town which was perfect for us as the property had free parking on the road(which would have been impossible to find if we were staying in Amalfi town) The property overlooks the sea and our bedroom balcony opened up to these amazing views of the wide Amalfi coast. The terrace garden was the most charming. It had hammocks and flowers all around perfect to laze around read a book and soak in the Amalfi cost views from the terrace garden. Now coming to breakfast it was quite a spread. Our daughter is dairy allergic and the hosts made sure she didn’t miss out on anything. She had bakery options (which she rarely finds due to dairy being in almost bakery items). Freshly made eggs to your liking, fresh fruits and anything you name it. If you want to get the feel of a real Amalfi experience then I would recommend this place as the hosts are warm and welcoming and property in quaint little setting with the most amazing views. Location was perfect as it was close to main town as well. We are definitely coming back. Little gem we found.

Great host and truly family-run small bed & breakfast. The location is 10min by public bus to Amalfi, and the beaches. We felt very welcome in the 700 inhabitant and super-friendly Conca Dei Marini village quickly with the local restaurants/beaches/cafeterias/fantastic views.

it is on the road and you will hear some cars - although not a very busy road.

Property has a view of the sea, it is very clean, has a parking garage ( paid a fee to park, but we choose to do it or you park in front of the building). The gardens are beautiful and the breakfast excellent! You feel you are at home! Salvatore and his parents ( owners) do an excellent job! I will definitely go back there! At night we walk to the two restaurants that they have close by. Salvatore helped us with activities like day beach trip, etc. very helpful!
