Unfortunately, our mistake, something went wrong in booking and we booked a 2-person room and not 2+1, as it turned out on the spot we had to pay extra (obviously), but we got a room of a much lower standard or before the renovation. Breakfast - great, Location - a walk through the forest to the beach, Service - polite, On the beach - sunbeds as described, the hotel has an agreement with the beach. Pool - oh well, nothing spectacular, but if someone needs it, it's there. Number of mosquitoes - I've never seen so many in one place, you need a lot of DEET liquids and then you can somehow function.

We loved everything about the property, from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed by the hotel staff and promptly checked in. Our room was spacious and lovely. We have stayed at 5 star resorts that were not as welcoming and lovely as this. The dining room was elegant and the food quite good. Breakfast in the am was wonderful, the location was a bit off from where the cruise ship dock was located and Ravenna has not quite caught up with the high demand for transportation for the cruise guests flooding in. However our gracious host, Marina made arrangements for a shuttle to pick us up in the AM and take us to the cruise port. We are older and we’re traveling with our grandchildren who are 22 and 25 and everyone in our group loved the Corallo Hotel and we will stay there again if ever in that area.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were wonderful - very helpful and charming, with the exception of one person. Lovely hotel, great position, good breakfast and dinner options, affiliated beach bar was very nice and super close to the hotel.

The manager. The wifi wasn't working in my room, and neither was the television volume control, both the remote and the button on the TV itself, on the television. His response to both situations was far below what I would have expected of the manager of a four star hotel: no apology was offered for either problem. As far as the TV volume control problem was concerned he suggested it was because I didn't know how to work it. As far as the wifi was concerned, 'foreigners use the wifi more than Italians'. My stay cost Euro 286 for 2 nights: I will not be returning while this manager is still there. Staff and guests deserve better.

Kind staff, good problem solving. There are key (not card) for the room, so the room has electricity all day. Good scrambled eggs and breakfast. Good location. “Private” beach. Pool. Comfortable. Not overcrowded.

Wi-fi unstable, unusable. Diner suprisingly bad (e.g. 3 pieces of king prawns as main course was 25€) Lack of furniture in the room (e.g. only 1 chair, 1 hanger).Showerhead was calcareous. The rooms had different equipment in the same category (e.g. one room had table, the other not).

Breakfast was splendid. Aloha beach was lovely, so was the walk down to it. Reception area/ restaurant and exterior of hotel looks fantastic. Excellent location with good links to the port and Ravenna train station.

No curtains in room and shutter did not come down. Lift kept breaking. Floor 4 was undergoing full renovation. Our floor (5) had not got that treatment yet!

Great location, very nice interiors and garden /swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean

Very basic room and bathroom, with too strong air conditioning that you cannot adjust or turn off. Fortunately I had another small room next to the big one where to sleep, otherwise the AC would have badly affected the whole night!

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was in a beautiful location near the beach with a forest between the beach and hotel. It felt very safe. And the grounds were like a beautiful garden with many tables and chairs available.

Maybe I didn't know how to work the air conditioning properly, but the room was not very cool.

Wi-Fi, there wasn’t signal at my room at all, the hotel offered another room but the issue was not resolved. So if you need wi-fi it’s not the best option for you

The staff was very helpful and all spoke good English. Very clean rooms and have been cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel also provides complimentary access to the beach nearby. There is free parking available near the hotel

very good selection at breakfast, but would be good to have more hot food available. no other downsides
