Reception was well-staffed: at all the times we passed it there was someone, and they were friendly. The hotel was located in the center of Ravenna, not far from the station and relatively close to St Vital, the major point of historical/artistic interest. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a very wide choice of sweet and savoury foods, including freshly baked croissant and Danish-style pastries, pancakes (with 5 different kinds of syrup), cookies, cakes, focaccia, cheeses, yogurt (three kinds), cereals with dried fruit & grains, fresh fruit, and of course all the ordinary things like bread, butter, jam, coffee etc. The room had a large bed, a small desk, a very adequate bathroom, and many power outlets. All of this for a quite decent price.

The room didn't have much space beyond its large double bed.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, versant in English, and gave helpful advice on finding the best restaurants (all quite affordable). The breakfast was outstanding, abundant, and with many options.

The room was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning, and a good mattress, firm, but not the kind that in motion isolating. Not a problem. Loved the hotel and our stay.

Hotel Diana had a wide selection at breakfast. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring all that Ravenna has to offer - the mosaics, Dante and the wonderful array of restaurants and shops.

I was pleasantly surprised by Ravenna and the Hotel Diana and would recommend it to anyone - solo travelers, couples, families.

When I stay over in a hotel for 1 night, I look for 3 things: a comfortable bed, clean towels and a hot shower. This hotel provides all of these things. The hotel very kindly accommodated my early check-in without any fuss.

The only thing I didn't like was the use of plastic cups in the bar/restaurant. The planet is drowning in plastic and it is important that every catering establishment does its best to reduce the use of plastics. Using glass instead of plastic would be simple to implement.

The hotel is in a central position, near many monuments. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is amazing, very rich, varied and of good quality (except for the coffee).

The room was narrow and not very comfortable. Bathroom supplies weren't always adequate (towels similar to restaurant napkins).

Great location, very nice owners (they take care of guest services) and helpful staff, big and nice room and the breakfast is excellent.

The room and the bathroom were a little outdated and in need of some small renovation.

Very nice people. Rooms and hotel spacious, calm and central. Lovely breakfast. Perfect for my 85-year old mum... (there are some stairs at the entrance but there is a stairlift).

The hotel is very nice overall! The staff is very helpful and everybody speaks good English. The localisation is absolutely amazing, close to main attractions in Ravenna and, if you are lucky, some of the rooms have a view on an amazing baroque church! It was so cool! The room is spacious enough, the bathroom is quite big and comfortable. The Wi-fi was great, it was of excellent speed that allowed watching online streaming channels. Nice! Moreover, the place was VERY clean.

I think breakfast could be a little bit better, e.g. coffee from the machine was a bit mediocre. There is also trick about the breakfast - if you come late there might be an even more limited choice.

More electric sockets needed. Lighting a bit stronger. Would have been nice to have kettle in room.
