The property was very clean and well presented, the lodges very relaxing - we booked one with its own plunge pool and deck and this was heavenly for getting some proper rest and relaxation. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The food is very high end and a real taste experience.

While the food is high end, after one or two visits to the restaurant you start to crave more classic Italian dishes - perhaps if the bar area served a more relaxed menu as an alternative to the fine dining restaurant in evenings it would have given guests more choice. The fine dining experience was also pricey (as expected). The hotel is remote - we didn’t rent a car and so were reliant on taxis - this turned out to be expensive for trips to Taormina or similar.

We liked the fact that they change the towels in the room throughout the day, and provide daily snacks in the room.

The lunch menu at the restaurant had some inaccuracy as it declared prawn tartare on a pasta which was served with cooked chunks of prawn. This was fed back to the service staff who said it was a tartare that has been cooked, but by definition a tartare is that it must be raw :)

Our room was amazing, quite big, very comfortable and with sea view. Great check-in and check-out experience, very nice breakfast and overall a beautiful and well-maintained place, situated between the Mount Etna and the sea.

This is more on us and not really something for the hotel to improve, unless they decide to change their policy to "adults only". But there were way too many families with kids screaming and running around, which makes the time you spend relaxing by the pool or in the bar having a drink before dinner, a bit less enjoyable.

This property exudes luxury and refinement. It is nicely located with a beautiful garden surrounding it. Everything is well maintained and functional. The staff is very friendly, fluent in English and ready to help. The room and bathroom were very sizeable and comfortable.

Breakfast selection was almost all sweets. On day two, we did find some darker breads and cold cuts on the buffet. With the luxury comes a certain clientel, whose Mercedes limo driver thinks they can cut you off and make you wait because you only drive a little rental Audi. But this is not the property’s doing of course. Except for the view of Etna, you do feel a little bit locked in at the pool area. No sea view or wide landscapes.

we liked absolutely everything starting from warm welcoming with fruits and drinks, cozy and well managed interiors, clean, large rooms with comfy beds, great service, unique restaurant food, great breakfast ending on beautiful garden and chilling area outside

I am a "tea person" and having coffee machine only in the room was not so comfortable. When trying to get the hot water for a tea, it came with coffee flavour. Simple standard kettle would solve that issue.

The staff/service was amazing, really nice people and nothing was a problem! Always there to help. The breakfast was fab, so much choice include amazing Nutella croissants! The pool area was really nice and clean and the rooms was fab! Great size & super comfortable! The gym was small but well equipped. We would definitely return it was the perfect start to our honeymoon! 4+++*

The pool bar didn’t always have a member of staff on it so sometimes you had to go and find a member of staff. The food menu for the pool bar was limited but everything on it tasted really good, we didn’t know until towards the end of our stay that you could also order from the room service menu for the pool bar and also French fries and ice cream were available but not advertised as such. The evening restaurant didn’t have loads of choice and was quite expensive, not somewhere we wanted to eat every night but nice for 1 or 2 nights.

Although embedded in an area almost “offroad” and with railroad nearby, this is a nice hotel in a Lovely surrounding in the middle of a tree nursery, green with of a bunch of plants and palm trees and flowers, a nice boutique style hotel. Interesting architecture, friendly staff. The separate suites are quite Bauhaus style and may be a little too uncharming, even if they have their own jacuzzi (which was quite cool)

If one would want to complain at all, one could mention that the current restaurant concept is too “limited” as it only provides super “Michelin-Star” like food, but does not offer a normal lunch and dinner menue.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Charming place with stunning views, beautiful surrounding, great garden, extremely helpful people, making you feel really as extraordinary guest. :) absolutely delicious breakfast with great variety of pastries. Beautiful apartment with very comfortable bed. It was a pleasure to stay here! Absolutely recommend to everyone! I wish we could stay here longer and hope we could come back here again. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay so amazing!

Location may be a little bit uncomfortable for tourists without car, but it is possible and worth staying here anyway. And it is possible to take a Taxi from the hotel to the nearest train station.

Everything was fantastic! Great rooms and very clean! A huge thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff that helped with everything. Beautiful property, great for relaxing. Incredible and fresh breakfast everyday. Restaurant is fantastic and very fresh!

Beautiful hotel close to Taormina and Etna volcano. Large rooms, comfortable. The staff was amazing, they were available 24/7 to book restaurants and activities locally for us, which was amazing.

Only things i didnt like 1) outdoor pool isnt heated 2) the extra bed for the kids is very flimsy and uncomfortable 3) there is only 1 restaurant which is michelin star- so you cant eat there casually for dinner with the family, which meant we had to drive every night for dinner. There are lovely restaurants nearby in Riposto though
