If I could give a 12/10 I would do so. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. We most enjoyed the kindness and hospitality of both hosts. The go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. They gave us great advice about places to eat, visit or have a granita, each of which were great. Due do a double booking we got the holiday house on the same property. It is beautifully decorated, very quiet, comfortable beds and bathroom, with a superb view on Mount Etna. Breakfast is great with homemade cakes and jams, and you choose to have it indoor or in the beautiful garden with citrus trees and overall view on the Etna. We loved it! Grazie Mille Eva & Julien

The villa si very pretty, the ideal location if you want to visit Etna too and not only beaches and Taormina. The Garden is full of kunquat and mandarine trees, the pool is spacious enough and clean, with a full frontal view to Etna. Room was spaciuos, clean, well equipped. Owner very nice and very knowleageable about the area, thank you for the recommendations you’ve given us. We’ve had a very good time here and we definetly recommend this place.

Breakfast was good, I very much liked the local marmelades (kiwi and mandarine) but most of the products were sweet (biscuits, tart, sweet yogurts). The italian kind of breakfast I guess. I would have liked some eggs, a simple omlette for example and some vegetables too, tomato, olives. Not much, just a couple of alternatives to sweets.

The house,grounds and pool are gorgeous,most tastefully designed and a very calming atmosphere. Breakfast was superb and rooms very comfortable. Great place to hike Etna and access Giardini Naxos,Alacantara gorge and Syracuse,all great days out from this point. All of the staff are most polite and helpful and Eva and Julian go above and beyond to make your stay and outstanding experience. Fabulous!

A great family business. Excellent hospitality. An oasis of calm in a wonderful Sicilian architecture. Breakfast is hearty and very enjoyable in the backyard. The parking lot is large and comfortable. Rooms are big. Never be afraid to ask questions. They're also best to tell you the most local recommendations. You can also get an umbrella in hotel to use on the beach ;)The pool is small but enjoyable.

The only problem is the squeaking of the beds, it is quite disturbing during sleep. There are lots of flies, but the windows are guarded. Due to the fact that it is a natural area but flies are already present all over Sicily.

The property was so quaint, unique and enchanting. I’m so happy we found this place! The property had beautiful landscape and gardens all around us including a pool and backyard. They had a small breakfast for us of pastries meat and cheese each morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and serviced our room each day with fresh linens and towels. The town of Taormina was 30 minutes away, as well as mount etna which was about 40 minutes away. We enjoyed the location very much as it was very convenient traveling around by car. The rooms had ac and plenty of space to hold our belongings. The views were incredible as well! We will definitely be returning!

Everything was great.Owners Eva&Julian did our stay really comfortable. Breakfast is good!And for dinner,you can’t really miss Eva’s suggestion ,Restoran-Pizzeria “La Spiga”..Good food and atmosphere.Make sure you have reservation (Eva did one for us).went there on Wednesday and place was fully packed with locals. Overall,great place!

Very nice accommodation with everything you need to explore the surroundings. Perfect as a base to explore the south side of the Etna, for example. Owners are very helpfull when asked for information. Beautiful view of the Etna (and also the sea). We were lucky to see a "small" eruption and lava flowing from afar.

Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Charming old building, lovely room with large balcony and view of the distant sea as well as the Etna. Lovely breakfast outside (weather permitting). The possibility to use a common kitchen and cook your own meal.

This has absolutely nothing to to with the hotel: The nearby town of Giarre will not become our favorite place in Sicily. Many dilapidated buildings and a lot of litter on the side of the country roads.

Extremely relaxing, perfect to unwind from work for a few days and just chill by the pool with a book. Fantastic owners. Great breakfast and great stay.

This accommodation is outstanding. The ancient house (perfectly maintained), the garden of orange trees, the pool, the views over the Etna. And the breakfast under the shadow of the orange trees… absolutely beautiful !! And the owner, he is so kind, always making sure guests are well attended. A paradise on hearth.
