Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The location is great—quiet and scenic—but having a car is definitely a plus for getting around. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful owner, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfasts and the beautifully arranged relaxation area by the pool. Everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again!

The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit weak at times. However, for a holiday in Sicily, that wasn't a big issue at all—we were happy to disconnect and enjoy the moment.

The location was good and made a great base for exploring eastern Sicily. Catania was 30 to 40 minutes by car (depending on the route), the Etna funicular was a 50-minute drive, Siracusa was 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car, and Taormina was a 35-minute drive away. There were three petrol stations nearby, with the nearest just across the road. Supermarkets were only a 10-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There was also a small balcony with a table and chairs, and a view of Mount Etna. Breakfast was really good, with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. The coffee was excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, speaking excellent English. They provided us with all the information we needed, including restaurant recommendations and details about nearby tourist attractions. There was free parking available for guests in the hotel's large car park, which was securely locked at night.

There was no lift, but it was not really an issue for us as we were traveling with hand luggage only. Our room faced the main road, so it could be a bit noisy at times when the windows were open, but was perfectly quiet once they were closed.

- Parking is within the hotel quarters, so it definitely felt very safe to leave my van there. - Stylish rooms which feel new. Bed linen and towels were very clean. - Breakfast was top notch with a large variety of items to choose from. - Did not manage to use the facilities myself, but they've got a pool and a spa with various services. - Staff is very informative and polite.

- Cannot complain about anything really apart from a bit of a tricky entrance to the parking which is on a main road in Giarre, and not much space to leave the van while entering the code to enter the premises at night.

This hotel is very good value for money. Lots of space for parking and the gates are closed for the night. Checking in was flawless and very fast. We got a big room with view to the Etna Volcano, amazing! Nice and cozy design, big bed, all toiletries provided. Small refrigerator in the room to cool down your drinks/snacks. Nice breakfast with optional hot food (eggs prepared to your liking), croissants with a cute filling station for them, fresh fruit, yogurts, good coffee. Nice breakfast room with lots of sun. The staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome.

The pool could have been open May 1 is the start of the "season" however the pool and other facilities were not open so no bar, no restaurant

The hotel was clean. The staff especially Claudio the receptionist was super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

It has a very good restaurant within the hotel. You could also get bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast upon request.

Pool closes at 5.30 and you have to book a deck chair as outsiders can make use of the pool.

We spent most of our time in Sicily going around and exploring, so we didnt really spend that much time at the hotel. However, breakfast was very good, amd everything was fresh and there were good choices and varieties. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. Staff and service was really good

Overall good value for money , very clean room , great air condition and can easily eat at their restaurant , it s very good .
