Spacious and comfortable apartment with a huge balcony, large private bathroom and everything perfectly clean! Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Roberta’s great communication and hospitality also need to be mentioned - she was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Note to some travellers that the apartment is about a 30 minute walk to Vatican Museums, 40 minutes walk to Trastevere and 45-50 to the Colosseum and Forum - we love to explore by walking so this was fine for us. Rome is a wonderful city to walk through. Also, lime bikes and scooters can be found all over and you can get just about anywhere with a 10-20 minute scooter ride.

Very close to Saint Pierre, historic center, restaurants, Carrefour on the other side of the street, and still quiet. Nice welcome. Good bed. Everything very clean.

Separate bathroom located outside of the room (appartment configuration is like that). Coffee machine in the corridor, no coffee pods. In some hotels they offer a few welcome coffee capsules.

The location was perfect, a few minutes from San Pietro train station, and a few minutes walking to the Vatican. Also very easy to take the bus 64 to the city center and visit the main attractions. The room had a lovely terrace to enjoy a morning breakfast or a late dinner after walking the whole day. The host, Roberta, was super kind and even allowed us to do an early check-in. Simply perfect place to visit Rome.

It is a nice apartment in a safe, green and central location. You can go to the local cafes which do not charge touristic prices and do grocery shopping at a carrefour across the road. Vatican City is at a 15 min or so walking distance from the apartment. You can take the bus no:64 to get to the other tourist attractions,I.e., Trevi Fountain etc., in Rome. But I preferred to walk as it takes only 20-30 min. Toilets are not in the room as it is an apartment with bathrooms and toilets in the corridor. It was a private bathroom ( just for my own use) just 3 steps from my room. So it was not a problem at all. The room opens to nice terrace that I liked. Roberta is very helpful and welcoming. Roberta was great! I wish I had the bathroom attached to my room, but not sure if I was told that it wouldn’t be prior. Otherwise it was lovely! It wasn’t really a bed AND breakfast, but that didn’t bother me too much. What I mean is I got no breakfast, but had unlimited espresso and tea. They have air conditioning (God send) and very comfortable rooms and a LOVELY staff. Also a grocery store right across the street and it’s about a 5 min walk to Saint Peter’s Square and 15 mins to city center. All in all great!

The place was very clean and cozy. The only thing I was missing was a way to warm up food and an extra plate. Otherwise was perfect. Location was amazing. Rebecca was very nice and willing to help with any questions!

•Roberto is a brilliant host who was quick to to respond to all queries and super friendly! •Location excellent. Easily accessible by train, bus, taxi. About 5-10 min walk to Vatican •Room had everything we needed. Mini fridge, enough wardrobe and drawer space, comfortable bed, selection of towels, balcony •Very clean

• The private bathroom is slightly unconventional, (which we were aware of before arriving),however we did find it didn't really suit us given we drink a lot of water and so get up a lot in the night! We were conscious we must have been making a lot of noise constantly unlocking and locking the door •Bath very deep so quite difficult to get in and out of. Floor gets slippery so needed to be very careful getting in and out! Something to consider if you have bad needs or mobility issues. •WIFI didn't seem to work for either of us!

Lovely apartment with comfortable beds and a beautiful modern bathroom. Tea and coffee available. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our train was delayed getting in and Roberta waited for us to make sure we could check in.

Unfortunately no milk or creamer was available at the coffee station.

Super close to the train station and the Vatican but you need to take a bus to go to the center of Rome. The room was very clean and comfortable and our host very kind. The supermarket right in front was also a plus!

Unfortunately the bathroom isn't inside the room and you have to buy your own coffee if you want to use the machine unlike other B&Bs. Also, the mosquito net had holes so you need to sleep with the window closed and AC on. No big deal but good to know so you don't get bitten at night.

Large room, very good communication with the host, and very comfortable bed. There was no ironing machine in the flat but I asked for it and Roberta brought us by the next morning. From the entrance there is taxi parking place and from there it is very cheap to reach the city centre but by walk it is about 10 minutes to reach the Vatican city. Not far...

One small thing that it would have been grate to have a kitchen otherwise it was perfect.
