The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us some pointers as where to eat and how to get to the main attractions. The hotel has a parking lot so we left the car there and took cabs and the busses to get around the city.

It was very close to the Vatican but a bit far from all the other attractions like the Fountain of Trevi, the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.

The location was perfect, very close to the Vatican and the Roma 64 bus stop which takes you everywhere . The hotel was in a a quiet safe place. What made this hotel outstanding were the staff. Unbelievably helpful regarding bus routes, where to go. I had a problem with my mobility scooter and the staff spent time trying to fix it for me. Their kindness and warmth to all visitors was lovely to see. My room also had a balcony which was lovely.

It’s not a dislike but a good idea for the owners. I was in room 206. I have mobility issues and the shower was perfect. What I would say to make it even better and suitable for all older, and less mobile would to add a grab rail and a plastic stool.

The style of the building inside was exceptional. It’s also located in a gated community so you feel very safe

Our room isn’t shown on booking.com so a little disappointing that the only rooms they show are with the terrace, which is rather deceiving considering we paid a lot of money for 3 nights. The toilet seat was also cracked.

Nice hotel with kind people. The location is good too. There's a supermarket on the other side of the road and the bus/train station is only a 10 minute walk away. It's easy to take the train from Fiumicino airport for only €8 and it's possible to get to the middle of the city by bus for only €1,50. Because the hotel is not in the middle of the city, it's a nice and quiet location. Breakfast is fine too.

There were only 2 cups for tea, even though we had a room for 4 people. So we had to take turns drinking tea ;)

Excellent staff, fantastic location. We were able to walk 10 minutes to the Vatican, bus and train station less than 5 minutes walk and a variety of cafes and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Breakfast was good and the range was quite good. Air-conditioning was great in the room.

The bathroom was smaller than expected, our room didnt have an iron or iron board but staff provided one to use when asked. There is no full length mirror in the room and only a small thin fridge.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady on reception. Took time to recommend the best places to eat, how to get around and we felt genuinely looked after. The hotel was lovely, modern and comfortable. In a convenient location to get around by public transport or walking to Vatican City etc. Air con was brilliant considering it was 36 degrees on our visit. The view from the bedroom window overlooked local landmarks too.

If we really had to nit pick, the shower and sink was very slow draining but that was about it.

The only off note to our stay was that the down-pour shower didn’t work but we used the hand-held spray and that was good. The staff were all really kind and hospitable. The hotel is in a really great area: quiet but within easy reach of very good bus routes (62 and 64) and of a good range of small pizza ovens, trattoria, cafes and restaurants. We walked into Trestavere and Roman Rome via the Vatican and explored the Belvedere above the hotel (in that thunder storm!). It was a really great place from which to explore Rome and I will certainly consider coming back and recommending. Great breakfasts also!!

Had I needed to do some work then the small desk would have hampered my use of a laptop. The absence of a ledge in the shower for soap was a bit short sighted but these are just very slight short-comings; all massively counterbalanced by the positives.

The rooms were clean and fresh, very beautifully decorated with tasteful floral patterns throughout. They had environmentally friendly soaps included in the room and the aircon was fantastic. I usually get a sore throat from the aircon but not this time!! The staff were all super lovely and extremely helpful and the location was perfect, we were pretty much within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see (although we are avid walkers and walks around 20k steps a day!). Cabs are quite cheap too which was helpful when we had walked too much. The pictures don't do the hotel justice, the atmosphere was so nice in the hotel and I had the most amazing 30th birthday celebrating in Rome! I'd definitely come back to this hotel if we are lucky enough to visit this beautiful city again.

The only tiny downside is that the shower was very small, it wasn't an issue and I could still use it so it was all fine but it's just something I noticed.

The accommodation experience is simply perfect. The hotel is very close to the Vatican, about 15 minutes walk. The surrounding area is quite secluded, and the hotel is in a separate courtyard, which is very safe. The bus at the door connects most of the attractions and transportation hubs in Rome, making travel very convenient. The staff is very enthusiastic and patiently answered all questions and recommended quite good restaurants. The room is spacious and clean, just like at home. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and is a perfect start to every day.
