I booked this place for my parents and they had a lovely time staying with you while in Rome. They arrived late, beyond the check-in time, but the staff, especially Alessia whom I messaged with on whatsapp, was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to do self/late check in. Over all it was good, the place was clean, very near the Vatican, and my parents (in their mid 50's), are able to walk almost every site seeing from the hotel.

Great location right on the door step of vatican city. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, train station and bus stop. We loved this place and set out most evenings to watch the sunset over vatican city.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.

It echo’s in the corridor so please be mindful of those staying if you arrive late.

good size room with luggage storage, very central and close to the Vatican! 2 min walk to train station and bus stop. super friendly host and shared area was cleaned everyday would definitely recommend

only negative is that you only share one bathroom/shower with a couple of rooms

Clean and comfortable accommodation, and the location is very good. The property has most things you need. It was a comfortable and nice experience. Even though we were late with the check-in time, they helped us a lot and gave us detailed information on whatsapp. They did not cause any problems, they were very helpful.

When we first got to our room it was very cold and the heating was off. We turned on the heating and the other days were better but it was still a bit cold, it was fine for me but my girlfriend was a bit cold. Apart from that, there were no slippers and tribushön in the hotel.

I loved the location of the place. The bathroom was shared but large. There was AC which was refreshing. The kitchen was small but cozy and reliable. Beds were decently comfortable. I loved how the elevator had a rich history since it was quite old

I didn’t like that we couldn’t open the windows in the room fully. I wasn’t exactly pleased with the amount of construction going on around the building. The bathroom shower faucet could work better.

Location was perfect. I can see the St Peter's dome right when I leave the apartment. I love the old, manual rickety elevator. The young lady who checked me in was very accommodating.

Someone might have accidentally made a timer on the TV. IT turns on at midnight and turns off sometime in the morning. It is very unnerving sleeping in an old building and then suddenly the TV turns on. And if you leave it turned on at night before sleeping, you wake up with it turned off in the morning. I could not inform the reception because they weren't there 24/7.

Very close to buses and trains, as well as walking distance to the Vatican. Despite being so near a major attraction, it was just far enough away to feel quiet and private. Also close to tasty food, shops and grocery store. The guesthouse was clean, rooms were spacious and all amenities were in great working order. (Loved the antique elevator!)

Staff availability, communication and kindness. Location is good, there is a kitchen where you can cook, free drinking water, coffe, wifi is good too

Overall property conditions, a bit old, the windows do not close properly because are old style, noises from outside are heard and metro underground too. But in Rome all the hotels are old style because the buildings are protected from municipality and indoor interventions are limited.

Our host was so lovely and helpful, and the location was great, just a short stroll to the Vatican city, and many other landmarks. Room was in a beautiful old building, every thing was lovely and clean, including the use of a shared kitchen.

The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy, I was worried it would annoy other guests and we could here their flushing toilets etc . But as we only really used it to sleep ,not really an issue !
