It's old villa with a big yard around, where you can walking and maybe arrange the picnic. Enough safety parking spots. The bars and restaurants near away, 15 minutes away by walk. The supermarket 10 minutes in the same direction. The apartments located at the second floor. Wifi is OK. Room it looks simply, but you have there all, what you need,is enough space living room with high ceilings,the floor is classic venetian stone terrazza. You can find in the room bottle of water and capsule coffee machine, is it free of charge. Breakfast served by the trolley, which you move to you room. The breakfast are enough good. The owner is very friendly, he speaks English well.

The villa is a lovely place to relax and recharge. The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff were amazing! A special thank you to Milo, who was a great host—available at any time for whatever you need.

Having a car is recommended when staying in villa Ca’ Minotto, even though there are super markets and local restaurants by walking distances (~15-20 mins) I would recommend renting a vehicle.

Fabulous historic villa in extensive grounds. The guest accomodation is simple but very comfortable and well designed. Our host was very responsive, helpful and thoughtful… I really appreciated additional breakfast items for my special dietary needs. Delightful, comfortable stay for 2 nights. Thank you Milo! ☺️

Perfect for our needs.

Host is a very cool guy. This is a mansion built in 1899 and very interesting experience to stay in. Everything is very clean, coffee machine in the room best one. If you like fancy modern stuff then this may not be the right thing for you but if you like experience and something you will remember this is the one !

We were very grateful that cleanliness was maintained regularly. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this in another accommodation and since then we care a lot about the cleanliness of the room. The staff was great. They were always helpful and kind. Thanks for everything Milo. There are many places to go around the accommodation. One vacation is not even enough. The most beautiful locations for us were Venice, Verona, Osteria Senz'Oste, Park of Paneveggio - Pale di San Martino, but all other locations also have their charm. :-) I hope that they finish the renovation of the entire villa as soon as possible, so that every detail of the building can be enjoyed as soon as possible.

The window was facing the road, so we could hear the traffic. We originally thought there would be total silence, but luckily we didn't mind. There are also rooms in the building that face the other side of the park. It's probably quiet there all the time. Those rooms also have a jacuzzi, so if you have a choice, choose such a room. There was only a shower in our room.

Loved how friendly and lovely was the owner of the place (Milo). He waited for us even if we arrived in the middle of the night. The room is very nice, has a coffee machine with unlimited coffee and he left us every day the breakfast at the door. Thanks so much for everything, you made our stay super pleasant

We don’t really have anything that went bad or that we did not liked. All was great. The only mini thing is that the mattress of the crib was a little bit thing but our baby slept well anyway so, all great

Room had everything to make the stay comfortable. Little fridge, coffee-making facilities, aircon. The owner is super friendly and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is served in room and was ample - we liked it. Property is set amongst a huge garden.

The room is very big for 3 of us. The owner was friendly and he gave a lot of information to us such as restaurant,… The breakfast had many different things. The room is very clean.

Quiet, easy to find and plenty of parking. Very clean and good Italian breakfast with some prosciutto! Beds were very comfortable with two nice pillows for each guest.

The Architecture of Jappelli, well preserved. Decent size rooms with high ceilings
