This hotel really took us by suprise. Located in a non-descript shopping district/ auto row just a few minutes from downtown Bassano del Grappa, it suited our needs perfectly. We were just passing thru and wanted a 1 night stay - found this fantastic property just off the freeway. Secure underground parking. Welcoming & friendly staff - not to mention one of the absolute best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. This Corporate / Business hotel features very large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very quiet at night with very large and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly. A suprisingly excellent stay and a great value for the price. We will definitelyreturn!

My only complaint is that I wish I had found this hotel sooner. I would have definitely stayed longer. ;)

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Hotel had an upmarket feel to it. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Complimentary water and snacks left in the fridge was also much appreciated. Secure storage for our bikes was excellent

We had trouble finding the hotel ( our fault) and had some frustrating moments finding the right lift from the underground parking garage. Breakfast was very basic and lacked some nice bread(rolls)

Reception and personnel were friendly, but not all of them 100% english capable. Breakfast was fine and sufficient choices were available. Room was cleaned daily - usually between 10 and 14h, no remarks - well done - but not exceptional - staff took into account presence/absence. Free parking under the building, directly accessible by elevator. WiFi coverage available throughout the hotel.

The location / views aren't perfect. More in an industrial/shopping area, and most shops were closed since it was easter weekend and easter monday. Hospital is in the neighbourhood, so be prepared to hear the ambulances regularly passing by. All in all our stay was ok, but the price still was a bit steep for what was offered. There might be slightly better offers on the market if you expand the region a bit outside of Bassano del Grappa itself.

Safe parking for motorbikes and cars in the garage with direct access to hotel and rooms. Nice and clean Hotel with big double bed. We had a room with balcony and the terasse was huge!

Restaurant of Hotel is closed on Sundays ☹️ and so are the restaurants in walking distance. We had to drive to the city downtown area to find a place for dinner, or you could walk 45 min.

The location was good and our suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as was the Italian coffees they were happy to make for us. Dinner in the restaurant was also good. The parking was easy and was underground with direct lift access into the hotel. The bowl of candy at reception was a big hit with our two young children.

Very very kind staff, friendly and nice man on the reception. Overall the hotel is nice.

Unfortunately the breakfast is from 08:00, for business travelers this is a bit late. The parking is free but limited at the front of the hotel, there are other payment options not too far from the entrance.

Comfortable and quiet room, perfectly clean, good airco. Friendly and professional receptionists. In reality the room looks better than in the pictures.

Walking to the station/center of Bassano is 30 to 40 minutes. Detail: some more fruit/vegetables on the breakfast would be nice.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is 20mins from the center (walking) but it was easy to approach. Very modern and clean bathroom.

The breakfast was good, but the selection was very basic. A lot of packaged food and only american style coffee avaliable.

Very clean, modern & good choices for breakfast. Good menu at restaurant for dinner. Close to Bassano center & Cima Grappa where one can enjoy a steep ride with 28 hairpin turns, paragliding, & visit a War Memorial at the top.

Reception was a bit cold & located in Cassiano rather than Bassano del Grappa.

Little off the beaten path but close enough to still see the sights and take in the views. Fantastic hotel to have a very memorable experience! Worth the room upgrades to suite or larger!!!

Far from city center can’t walk to downtown but close enough for a taxi
