Michele from reception was the best ever employee that i meet so far. She was very nice and supportive, she contacted me via wasp prior to arrival to give me useful information. It was so dedicated and so kind and i was relay impressed. She gave me the room before check in time and made my day. (i had a long flight and i need to sleep) I had also an emergency no in case i face any problems during the night (the reception is closed after midnight) I did not have the chance to meet the rest of the staff, but they seem to be very polite and dedicated.

The hotel was fantastic , The outside hides how fantastic the inside is. The room was spotless easily big enough for 2 people , Tastefully decorated and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff there were excellent and extremely helpful. Francesca went out of her way to make sure my stay was great. Thank you Francesca the breakfast was delicious !! I honestly can't wait to go back my stay wasn't long enough. The pizzeria Restaurant was a huge bonus right next door my calzone was amazing.

Great staff (Michaela on front desk was so welcoming!), upgraded room, air conditioning that wasn’t invasive as we slept (so quiet!) and a lovely swim in the well-equipped swimming pool area. Oh and comfortable bed with extra pillows already in our room.

For an early morning flight, there was nothing to dislike!

The young girl at reception was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The room had a lovely little balcony where I ate my takeaway pizza from the nearby restaurant. It was 😋

I had booked thinking I could get a massage or facial while I was there. Unfortunately, there are no treatments on Sundays 😞

The restaurant right next door is fantastic - highly recommended! Room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean! Staff were really warm and welcoming.

The lighting strip behind the bed didn't work. The bathroom mirror light didn't work either. Didn't really affect our stay, but some attention would make it even better. Also a mishap that made breakfast very late (we opted to miss out) could have been handled better, but over all the stay was nice and the staff super helpful.

We were welcomed by Michaela who is an excellent host. Going out of her way to make us feel welcome and provide us with all the information one could need. Excellent Italian style breakfast.

There is an outdoor space but it is not large with tables and chairs. Would have been nice to have more choice of seating.

The staff were excellent. I dont usually leave reviews but because the staff couldnt do enough for me I have to this time. Made me feel very welcome and checked in with me now and again to see if i needed anything. Thanks girls, you were great.

Everything was good regarding the hotel, the surrounding area was very quiet, not alot to do. This may be down to the time of year.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All our needs were taken care for with so much warmth. It made our travel with 11 month kid much easier. Tired travelers got to rest in nice and calm rooms and relax before very early morning flight.
